Neri Pov:

I wake up with the sun shining, I get up and look around, to see astra sleeping next to me. I kiss her on the head before getting up from my bed, I do some stretching before leaving my room to wash my face. As I was heading to the bathroom, I walked past Zanders's bedroom I give a knock to see if he is awake with no response I check inside to see that he isn't there. It looks like he's doing his morning run already. Since he wasn't there I just decided to go do my routine. Once I finished, I head to the kitchen, I left my bedroom door open in case astra would wake up, When I reached the kitchen I started thinking of what I could eat something that will make me full yet it's quick and easy to make. Before I got to even think I heard the door opening and saw astra running towards the door. "I'm back!" "I'm in the kitchen!!" I replied. I heard the door close moments later zander came into the kitchen holding astra and a plastic bag as well. I just stare at the plastic bag wanting to know what it is. "What's in the bag?" I say He looks at it and lifts and replies "Oh this? It's lugaw, I went to the local store to buy some" My eyes lit up in excitement these were the foods I missed eating when I left the Philippines. I used to eat this every day till I moved. "If you stare at it, it's gonna get cold" I head to the kitchen to get bowls for the both of us along with soft drinks. And I headed into the dining room, He took two small bags out of the plastic bag and put them on our bowls, and we both cut them open and started eating. "What time is our flight again?" I ask "It's tomorrow morning at like 4 am but were leaving at 8 tonight so that we can get there early and check in early" I just nod my head I check the time and its 3 pm already looks like we did wake up late it's understandable since we did stay up late to finish packing our things. The two of us just ate in silence, I don't know what we could talk about honestly. Soon after he stands up and leaves the table.Seems like he's done already. Since I'm finished already so I clean everything up. When I finished cleaning. I give Tristan a text "Let's meet at the park near the donut shop. I'll meet you there in 11 minutes" He said Alright as a response.

Tristan Pov:
"Ian I'm heading out!" When I heard that he didn't respond I just left the house, The coffee shop that's 3 minutes from here, Just 5 houses from here. As I was walking by I see a family together, I can't help but smile, It brings me joy seeing a child with their family smiling. It was something I didn't get to have much with my parents I can recall moments like that but not that much. I was deep in thought when I realized that I was at my destination. I check for any cars passing by, I enter the park looking for neri, I spot her near the bench sitting down with a drink in hand. "Neri!" She doesn't look at me and waves her hand as she continues watching kids playing at the park. We sat there in silence, she hands me a drink I was about to take a sip but then she spoke "We're finally heading home.." She smiles. She asks "Have you figured out what your gonna do the moment we land?"

"Of course, the first thing ill be doing is eat food" "Same!!" She shouts. I suggest "Wanna go walk around the city we still have a couple of hours till we leave" she looked hesitant at first but she agrees to go. The both of us stand up and Exit the park. "What's up with you and Zander?" She gave me a confused gaze and says "We're both great, we argued yesterday, before going to bed, The both of us just acted like nothing happened yesterday night." Argument? That's a first in a while, The two used to fight a lot during high school but nowadays they haven't been fighting often when they do it's because of the nicknames and teasing mostly. Due to my curiosity, I ask "So what happened?" She furrows her eyes brows Her eyes were starting to look watery I gave messed with her hair "Hey whatever happened to the both of you, I'm sure you both will figure it out " She bites her lips stopping the tears from running down "I know that but he was just acting so different I didn't expect him to yell" He yelled at her? Well has had issues so his attitude changes from time to time, I look around our surroundings and see that we're near a cafe, I suggest "Wanna head inside, This will be my treat" She finally smiles and wipes her eyes "Ok!" We head into the cafe we were greeted by the lovely smell of freshly made pastries," I decided to take her here since it's a quiet area and a calming one as well. I head over to order some food for the both of us. As I wait in line, I continue looking around the room It was so green the cafe had a homey scent, This cafe is where I'm always studying or whenever I don't want to see Ian and his lovers. It was finally my turn, The Cashier greeted me with a warm smile before asking me what I will be ordering. After that, I head over to our table. "The food will be ready in 10 minutes" She replied, "Ah alright, Also how much longer till our flight?" I look down at my watch "We have 4 hours still so we still have some time" I stare at her for a couple of minutes before mouthing the words "We need to talk about the visit..."
