Chapter 6

𝑾𝒂𝒍𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑫𝒊𝒔𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒓

Tristan Pov:

I woke up, feeling very drained and exhausted I checked my surroundings and soon enough we received an announcement that our airplane will be landing soon. When I heard the announcement I woke the others up. Once they woke up and were aware of what was happening they started cleaning up and grabbing their bags. About 3 minutes later the plane started to land, I just chewed some gum to avoid having any ear pain. As soon as we arrived we waited for the people in front to leave before we stood up and left the airplane. Once we got off We headed over to immigration and left to grab our luggage. When we found all of them we left to find ourselves a cab to take us to our hotel by that time it was already night, So all four of us had not had much energy left, After entering the cab Ian and Neri were sleeping since the hotel is 30 minutes away from where we are right now Zander and I decided to stay awake and get some sleep at the hotel instead. The city was beautiful, having to be away from your birth country and family for this long makes you feel so homesick. Despite wanting to go home for all these years, I couldn't go back due to my mother's pleading. "Hey, how many more minutes till we get there?" Zander asked "About 20 more minutes," I say. He gives me a nod before putting back his headphones. I take out my phone and open up my social media, as I was scrolling through my feed and I received a Notification It was from my mom's account, I tapped on the notification wondering what she posted When I looked at what it was, I didn't know what I should feel. I never checked her account for updates on her life And she never told me what happens in her life neither do I, So whenever I received a notification I would just stare and wait for it to disappear. But this time I had the urge to see what it was. I regret clicking on her account, That image won't disappear anytime soon, Before anything else the elderly guy informed me that we were at the hotel so I gave zander a tap on the shoulder. He takes off his headphones and turns to face before raising one eyebrow. "Were at the hotel already, Wake Ian and Neri up" "Ah Alright" Then I hopped off the car not forgetting to pay the driver, and grabbed our luggage with Ian, Neri, And Zander got out of the car as well and helping me with carrying the bag, We head inside the hotel Checking in and grabbing our keys. We had two rooms booked we gave neri her own key for her own privacy, Meanwhile, Ian, Zander, And I will all be sleeping in the same room, It was a good thing that the rooms were next to each other, Once we got on the elevator Neri Spoke: "So Dp you guys have any plans for tomorrow?" We all starred at each other when Ian spoke up "Well I was thinking of heading back to my House" "I Ill be heading over to my dad's house" I replied

Neri chimed in "I'll be at my parent's house but first ill be at the cemetery" I turn to look at Zander "How about you Zan, What are you gonna do tomorrow?" He just stares at me and shrugs mouthing the words "I'll probably just go with Neri" I got confused "Arent you planning on visiting your parents?" He just stares at the floor "Do I have to?" "It's really up to you on what you want to do, If you want to then go ahead" Ian replies "I'll just visit them for a bit" We all give a nod before the elevator doors open we grab our bags, and start looking for our rooms, Once we found it we said our goodnights to neri before heading in, When we got in we were greeted by two rather small beds, Zander grabbed his bags and headed over to one of the beds and said "You guys can just play rock, paper, scissor or sleep on the same bed or one of you could sleep on the couch. Ian and I gave each other a look and just ran to the bed at the same time, He ended up winning the race which meant I had the floor or the couch, I chose the floor since the couch was rather small for me to sleep on, I went to get some extra pillows in the hotel closet and a blanket. I placed everything down and set up other things. The doors of the bathroom opened A certain Ginger head headed out of the bathroom, "Zander asleep?" He asked I took a peak at Zander "Yeah" "Alright" He headed over to the bed with the towel wrapped around his head. "Are you sure you can sleep on the floor?" He asks me with one eye raised "Yeah I'm sure I can manage" I reply. I hear a loud sigh coming from his direction, Soon all the lights are turned off. And I felt my eyes starting to feel very heavy by the time I fell asleep.

Ian Pov:

I didn't feel sleepy whatsoever It was because I slept most on the plane, I turned my phone on to watch something, and I received a notification from my favorite show so I decided to watch it, As I was watching I kept hearing shuffling movements and groaning, Which made me confused I turned the lamps on I looked around the surroundings to see what or who was making the noise, I looked over the edge of my bed to see a Tristan struggling, Seems like the floor wasn't something he could handle. I mouth the words "You think you can sleep still" He sits up and frowns at me before saying "No" I give him a smirk before I say "Wanna switch places or wanna sleep on the same bed?" He stares at me for a couple of minutes before replying "I'll sleep on the bed, you can sleep on the floor" The silence in the room before I yell "Hey! I'm trying to be nice and this is what I get?!" He smiles before standing up and getting closer to the best, he sat down "Well??" I just stare at him in confusion "Are you really Kicking me out?" He gives me a gremlin-like smirk before saying "Yup, Now shoo" Waving his hand and signaling me to go. I put my hands up in defeat before grabbing my stuff and laying it on the floor. I stare at the ceiling before saying "Are you really gonna make me sleep here?" It was silent before I heard him say "fine get on" I happily got up grabbed my things and walked onto the bed. I stare at him he was reading something, "What are you reading?" I ask. He turns a page before saying "A book" I frown on response he was sitting down resting his head on the bed-board, I turned my whole body and hugged his lower half. "What are you doing?" "Hugging you?" I hear a couple more pages being turned "Why?" I didn't respond and just stayed in that position before I fell asleep....
