Maddies pov
I was walking along the hall way down to jakes room "umm hey" I say "hi" he laughs god his smile it's so gorgeous. "What's up" I ask "wanna play games or watch a movie" he asks "umm yeah hate to brake it to you I suck at games so movie it is" I say confidently "well what if I wanted to play games" he questions "deal with it" I laugh "or we could watch South Park" he says "what" "no your dead to me" he laughs dramatically. "What if we watch it now" I ask "that's fine but all of it now" he says once again dramatically. I laugh at his ridiculous behaviour, I feel myself shiver "you cold" jacob asked "yeah a bit" I shiver "you like cuddles" he asked "yes I love cuddles" I laugh "come on" he laughs grabbing my hand then throwing himself on his bed. Pulling me along with him. He puts his hands on my waist cuddling himself into me, it felt nice I mean I have known him almost my whole life but he acts like I'm his and it's nice he cares. "My dad told me to make you feel welcome because of your dad and I don't know how to do that so I hope this is enough" jake laughs awkwardly "it is" I smile, I feel him lean in as I do and finally our lips touch. 3 years I've been waiting for this kiss "be mine" he asked "yeah, yeah I'll be yours" I say. "Promise and before you say anything I've been told that I will never ever be good enough for you, I've liked you for years and I love you Maddie and I don't know what- what I can do to prove I love you" he started to cry "I love you to jake and if you want to prove it then just keep saying you love me and kiss me in public and don't be embarrassed that your with me and I think your perfect for me" I laugh kissing his head he nods into my shoulder, I hear soft snoring telling me that he's asleep, finally something was right in my life. My sleeping now boyfriend was laying there on my chest while I was playing with his hair
"Maddie jake we're home" I hear Andy shout. I was half asleep really, I finally feel myself drift off

Andy's pov
Well we all knew it I thought to myself Maddie and jake, jake was laying on her chest while she was stroking his hair. Maddies been through a lot and jake has always been looking out for her. "I have dinner" Laurie says "I don't have the heart to wake them" I say "Maddie jake" Laurie shakes them awake "no" jake says "he's tired leave him alone" Maddie whispers "but din-" "leave him alone he's tired and upset"  Maddie cut off Laurie "we will just save it" I say "why Andy she can't just talk to us like that" she says "Laurie she has been through hell give the kid a brake"
