Maddie was just laying there so peacefully, so beautifully "hey sleepy head" I say as her eyes flutter open "hey baby" she laughs. I move up to lay next her, "I love you" I say "love you more" Maddie says "no" I say "prove it" she says. As she says that I connect our lips and with that my dad walks in "oh god I'm sorry" he says "dad it's just kissing it's not much" I laugh "not much jake there's a girl in your bed not just any girl Maddie is in your bed and your kissing her I've known her her whole life" my dad says "Andy if you don't want us to be together-" "no you have been through hell and jake has liked you for years if you are both happy then do whatever" my dad cut her off. "But please no sex I don't want a grandchild yet" he says "that really could have been worse" Maddie laughs "yeah" I laugh at her
