So as we were about to depart I realized how there was another obstacle standing in my path to serenity, since my footwear was missing, would Mikey's shoes even fit me? Considering we were the same height the clothes weren't a problem, although they seemed kind of baggy. However, he was undoubtedly a teenage boy which could pose a problem.
Despite this, if there was anything I learned from being inside the k-pop fandom, was that Asian men had smaller shoe sizes in comparison to their western counterparts and my shoe size was relatively big for a female, maybe those two could overlap.
"Please, please fit me, I don't want to deal with more bullshit," I whispered a prayer, before popping them on relatively easily, which was followed by a sigh of relief. At least I wouldn't need to bother demanding a new pair, but as a matter of fact, I would request Emma's help with washing them after our trip. I didn't want to trouble her, but it must be done, again it felt icky to be wearing someone's else garderobe, but you never knew if these shoes were ever popped inside a washing machine.
Once we walked outside ready to reach the clinic or whatever, I had to stop midway and look behind me questioning why so many of them were tagging along.
"We are not going to a party you know." They gave me pitiful looks like they were saying to not chase them away.
"We are worried for your well being Mikey, let us come along." I guess Draken realized how much he was getting on my nerves so he decided to ask for permission.
"Fine whatever, not like I can force you to piss off," I muttered, but it seemed like Draken and Baji took it as a cue to wrap their hands around my shoulders so I swatted their hands away.
"No touching!" And to prevent such situations from happening again, I grabbed Emma's arm and then stuck my tongue in their direction.
"At least Mikey will be always Mikey with his childish pranks." I heard Mitsuya say which caused me to glare in his direction.
"I had such high expectations from you, but they are all long gone now."
So an hour later we finally were able to see the doctor and after grandpa, Sano expressed his worries they wanted to do an MRI scan for whatever reason.
"I can't believe I need to go thru this." But then once the results were in I was kicked out of the room and honestly, I was furious.
"Are they even allowed to do that to the patient? Why is only gramps allowed inside?" I rolled up my sleeves and I was ready to go in for a fight before Draken stopped me.
"You been on the edge the whole day, are you sure you're alright?" Right, something was wrong, I was usually a more composed person, did my hot temper come forth because of the stressful situation or was there something more to it?
"Fine, I will try to remain patient." Suddenly I saw the guys communicating in signs and knowing looks and before I could figure out what was going on, Sanzu disappeared and later came back with a hot piping Taiyaki in hand.
"For me?" I asked as he nodded his head.
"Thanks." Since I never had a chance to try this, I decided to take a bite out of it. Then I heard a few sights of relief.
"The situation is under control."
"What situation?" I asked but didn't get a chance to hear the explanation because grandpa came out looking worse than before.
"My poor pitiful grandson." I was put into an unknown and unwanted hug. But it's not like I wanted to add to his sadness so I waited for him to finish.
"What, what happened, is it bad?" Baji yelled out as everyone else was waiting for the outcome.
