I watch as JJ draws our flag. Once he's done he holds it up to me with a proud smile.
"Beautiful." I say.

He goes and hangs it. Kie and I cheer.

"Rescue?" JJ asks as we're building things. "From what? From paradise? I'm not going back. Ever." He adds. I laugh softly. "I mean, look around. We got everything we need. Right here."
"It's perfect." I say smiling at him softly.

"How's yours looking? You ready to provide for the family?" He asks.
"Yeah, let's go kill something." I say standing up.

We walk down by the water. JJ throws his shirt off.

We walk in by the rocks.
"Remember, they see your shadow, they're gone."
"Alright." I say.

"Y/n, Y/n, Y/n, Y/n, it's a skate." He says pointing.
"All me." I say watching it.

I lunge for it and miss.
"Shit, I missed." I say looking around again. JJ lunges for it. He misses too. I see it leaving and jam the stick into it. I lift it up.
"You did it! We're having skate tonight." JJ says hugging me tightly. I pull away to kiss him.

We get the rest of the group. We all sit around eachother in our circle. JJ has his arm around me.

"John B, truth or dare?" Sarah asks.
"Truth." He says.
"Truth?" She asks throwing him the cap.
"Truth!"

"If you could do it all again what would you do different?" She asks.
"Get the gold out before Ward." JJ says.
"Maybe hide the cross a little better." Pope says.
"Not yell "murderer" at Ward, maybe." Kie says.
"Not get bit by a gator." I say. John B nods.
"Steal a couple bottles of rum before we jumped off the boat?" John B says.
"Yeah, why didn't you do that actually?" JJ asks him.
"I don't know, maybe cause I was in a fight to the death?"
"Cleo?" I ask turning to her.
"I would look both ways before crossing the street." We laugh.
"Yeah, my bad." John B says.

"Your turn, chief."
"Alright, Kie, truth or dare?" He asks passing her the cap.
"Truth."
"Um, if you could go home to your parents house, on Figure Eight, this instant would you do it?"
"No chance."
"Seconded." Sarah says.
"Hear! Hear!" JJ and I yell.

"The showers tempting though." I say.
"Ooh, I could use a fat shower right now."

"Y/n, truth or dare?" She asks throwing me the cap. I put it on.
"Truth." I say.
"Something you wish you could tell your dad?" She asks.
"That I'm alive." I say.
"Right."
"Dumb question, Kie." JJ laughs.

"JJ, truth or dare?" I ask handing him the cap.
"Do you even have to ask?"
"Big jump. Nobody's done it yet." I say. He nods before getting up. We all watch him walk over.

We cheer.
"He's not gonna do it!" Cleo laughs.
"Oh I won't?" He yells.
"He's gonna do it." I laugh.
"It's highly dangerous, zero reward? Yeah, he's doing it."

He jumps doing a little flip in the air. We cheer as we run to the water to meet him.

We all hug him.

"I actually thought I was gonna die." He says. I laugh and press my lips on his.

We cook the skate once it gets dark.

"That's what I'm talking about, freshly caught." JJ says. I smile at him too busy eating to respond.

Once we're all done we go to sleep.

"Guys wake the hell up!" Cleo yells. I open my eyes still in JJ's arms. I see a plane. I shake JJ up.

We wake John B up.
