No matter what anyone ever tells you, any crime is never the victims fault. For those lacking enough mental capacity to understand this, think about it this way:
John goes to work one day, and has a sack lunch with him that he puts in the company refrigerator, with his name on it.
Jack decides he wants to eat his own lunch a little early. Come lunch time he has nothing to eat, and ends up stealing food from John.
Is this John's fault? Fuck no. Jack, just like every other human being on this planet, has the willpower to not take food from someone else. Just like every rapist, molester, kid-napper, and sexual assault/harassment perpetrator, John has control over what he does. There is no mental disorder that forces someone to rape another person.
Do NOT make excuses for someone acting irrationally, it will only make them think that it's okay.
