Chapter 2

Albedos POV
I wake up and looked over to see kaeya sound asleep, I sit up and get up off the bed, I go to the dresser that i put my clothes in and grab an outfit for the day. I change in the bathroom and went to the kitchen to make breakfast, I wonder what food i can make, maybe scrambled eggs? With bacon.. Sounds perfect! But basic, whatever. I grab the iron skillet and put it on the stove, I grab 4 eggs from the fridge and lay them on the counter then go to the freezer to get the bacon, after that I turn on the stove and put butter in the skillet, then I take a bowl and crack 2 eggs in it then add a little milk and start stirring it up, I pour the bowl with the eggs in it on the skillet then take a spatula and start moving the eggs around until it gets into the texture i need it to be, after that I put it on a plate, I continue the same process with the other 2 eggs. Then I clean the skillet off and spray cooking spray on the pan, I put the bacon on the skillet and wait a while and then flip it until its cooked well enough, I put the bacon on the plate and start to cut each individual strips of bacon into tiny pieces. I put the pieces of bacon into the scrambled eggs then clean up my cooking mess. I walk over to the bedroom to wake up Kaeya, hes still dead to the world snoring, I tap on his shoulder "Kaeya, wake up" I said. Hes still dead asleep. I repeat myself but louder, "Kaeya, wake up!!" Still snoring away.. "KAEYA WAKE UP!!" I yelled, he jumped up "whats wrong?" He said "I made breakfast, get ready!" I said.

Kaeyas POV
Albedo leaves the room and I grab some clothes, then close the door and get changed, I walk out of the bed room and go to the kitchen, it smells soooo good in here. I walk over to the fridge and go to grab the wine bottle that Diluc gave me, my hand was a couple inches away from the bottle, then I feel my hand get smacked away and the fridge shut, I look over to albedo with the 'what the hell?' look "Not this early Kaeya, you just woke up." He stated, I sigh and sit down at the table where my plate was, scrambled eggs with bacon? Looks DELICIOUS, I couldn't stop myself from inhaling all of it, it was so good. I have to ask Albedo to make breakfast for me every single morning. I look over to Albedo and hes just staring at me in shock, I take my fork and take some eggs off of his plate and ate it, his jaw DROPPED "Kaeya?! That was mine!!!" He yelled out, I couldn't help but giggle, I get up and grab a water bottle then continue to chug it down in one drink and throw it in the trash, I walk over to the couch and sit down, I lay my head on the pillow and lay down. Shortly after albedo sits down next to my feet with a book in hand, it said 'ALCHEMY' on the cover, hm very 'Albedo' of a book. I find myself falling asleep, i have a pounding headache...

Albedos POV
I finish the 800 page book around 40 mins later, I look over to Kaeya for him to be dead asleep, he must've been tired. I reach over and kiss his forehead, his forehead was burning up! I feel his forehead again with my hand. He definitely has a fever, I get up and get a cold wash cloth, I move his hair out of the way and layed it on his forehead. Uh oh, hes starting to wake up "Albedo?" He said "yes Kaeya" I reply "whats this on my forehead" he asked "you have a fever so I put something cold on your head" I say but he already fell asleep...I should've known he would get sick, hes not used to the cold weather, I feel so bad....

(Yes I rewrote some of this chapter because I didn't like the ending👍)
