Third pov

This was before mingi was going on his hiatus and all the members but yunho knew he was going on one.

Yunho was currently coloring a picture of him and his daddy he was humming happily he was currently in little space.

After he finished the picture he squealed happily and got up waddling to the back where his daddy was and once he got to his room he opened the door seeing hongjoong, seonghwa and mingi there.

They seemed to be talking about something serious and mingi looked very sad yunho furrowed his brows "dada?" He said quietly with his picture in his hand when mingi noticed him he gave him a small fake smile "hi baby what do you have there?" He asked and yunho waddled to him knowing something was up.

Mingi then patted his leg for yunho to sit on and unsurely he did he walked over sitting in Mingi's lap "show me pup what is it you got?" He asked hesitantly he showed him the picture of him, and his daddy.

Mingi smiled and grabbed the picture looking at it "it looks so amazing baby you did this for me?" He asked and yunho nodded slowly but he examined his daddy's face he noticed his eyes were red and puffy and his face was a bit red too....has his daddy been crying?

"Why has daddy been cwying?" He asked tilting his head and mingi looked taken aback at the question and nervous he awkwardly chuckled "I-I haven't been pup" he said and rubbed yunho's back reassuringly "it's just my allergies acting up sweetie" he said.

And hongjoong sighed "yuyu how about we go and get some chicken hm? I know you like it seonghwa can fry it and cut it into piece just for you" hongjoong said with a soft smile "o-ok joongie" he said hesitantly And got off Mingi's lap going with hongjoong and seonghwa.

A few minutes later mingi slowly went into the kitchen seeing his baby smile and giggle while helping seonghwa and hongjoong. When his baby noticed him he gave him a smile wanting to ease him and his worries..

Yunho then giggled when hongjoong tickled him and it broke Mingi's heart he won't be able to see his baby for a while after next week he hated lying to his baby but he just didn't wanna worry him and put his burdens on his baby.

Yunho walked into the living room seeing wooyoung and yeosang cuddled up on the couch he waddled over to them "c-can yuyu cuddwe wif youngie an sangie pwease?" He asked softly they both looked over to yunho smiling "of course bubs come on" yeosang said sweetly.

He then walked over sitting in between then and they both wrapped their arms around him "what's bothering our puppy hm?" Wooyoung said and yunho sighed with a frown on his cute face "daddy ish wying to me" he said "h-he told yuyu he's fine b-but he was cwying a wot yuyu knows! H-he wot tew yuyu b-bu he told everybody else I-I know!" He exclaims frowning more.

Wooyoung and yeosang looked at each other frowning they felt bad for lying to their precious puppy but mingi didn't want him to know..

"Bubs mingi isn't lying to you, he just wants his baby to be alright and safe you're a baby, your our baby and some stuff can hurt you" wooyoung said softly "I-I'm not a baby! Everyone tells yuyu he baby but I-I'm not! I know tings, I can handwe big stuff like you guys do y-you fink yuyu is just pwecious an fwagiwe b-bu he not!" Yunho yelled getting up his hands balled to fists.

By that everyone had gathered in the living room after hearing yunho's screams.

"Puppy what's going on? Why are you yelling?" Mingi said softly walking in the living room and walked towards yunho to hold him and calm him down but yunho pushed him shocking mingi "n-no! You no touch yuyu! Y-you dun twust yuyu and you wie to yuyu! So yuyu no trust you!" He yelled with tears falling down his face.

Mingi's heart broke at that those words coming from his baby hurt more than anything in the world he didn't know what to say or do and he refused to let the tears leave his eyes. He didn't wanna be like this at a time like this when his baby was saying things like this to him.

"Hey! That's no way to talk to mingi yunho" hongjoong said disappointed and a little upset at his tone "I dun cawe!" Yunho yelled with tears streaming down his face "nobody cawes how yuyu feels! D-dey wie to me a-an even tawk to me wike I-I'm some baby!" He said

It was silent after that until a sleepy looking San walked into the living room "what's happening?" He asked and yunho ran to San and hugged him seeing as he was the only one who didn't lie to him and just talk down to him like he was just some baby.

San still sleepy and a little shocked hugged back "what happened baby? Are you okay?" He asked softly yunho buried his face into san's neck and San still confused rubbed his back soothingly looking at the members questioningly.

"Yunho, baby please listen to daddy" mingi pleaded but yunho kept his head buried in san's neck refusing to look at his daddy "I-I know it was wrong of us to lie to you it was wrong of me to lie to you but I just didn't wanna burden you with my problems I didn't want you to be sad and worried for me" mingi said yunho still refused to look up at him and pouted in san's neck "baby...I really never wanted to tell you until I left but...I-I'm taking a hiatus..." he said and yunho pulled away from San and turned around looking at mingi wide eyed.

"D-daddy weaving me?" He asked with his lip trembling and mingi regretted it he walked up to his baby embracing him in a hug yunho sobbed hugging back "w-why daddy weave? Yuyu's sowwy ! He be good boy he won't yew anymo!" He sobbed and it broke Mingi's heart even more "no baby daddy's not leaving you ever he's just going to take a break from being an idol for a while because he has bad anxiety and a little depression so I want to get better and stronger so I can take care of my baby better" mingi told his baby.

Yunho still sobbed "b-bu no wan you to go! Wan you to stay! I'll be better! I-I can take cawe daddy!" Yunho said crying harder mingi sighed softly and pulled away from his baby wiping his tears "you are the bestest boy already baby, I love you with my whole being and unfortunately you can't take care of daddy because it's not that kind of sickness and daddy has to go but I promise to call you everyday and text you whenever I can so please, please be a big boy for daddy" mingi said and pecked yunho's lips repeatedly.

That made yunho giggle and smile and mingi smiled "see? My baby' smiling all beautifully just for me" he said and hugged yunho who hugged back with a giggle and when they pulled away yunho sniffled "o-otay daddy I will be a big boy! I-I will be vevy stwong too!" He said and mingi chuckled "that's my baby!" He said with a genuine smile.

They were both going to be alright.
