"Once upon a time, in a kingdom not so far away there lived a beautiful princess who was quite unlike any other for you see she had a-"
"Um, excuse me?" "Oh, why yes?" "What are you doing?" "Well, I am telling a story." "Yeah, I see that, what I meant was what are you doing with that story?" "Oh- uh well I am the royal narrator, and this story is next on the list of new fairytales."
"Yeah, not anymore, I'm taking it over from here." "But your majesty I-" "But nothing, it's my story so I'll tell it." "If that is what you wish, then by all means princess recount your tale." "But I want to- wait, I can tell it? No arguing, no lectures? No telling my parents?"
"Oh, heavens no your highness, I believe you are a responsible young lady who can be trusted with such a task" "Oh well- yeah that's more like it, about time I get treated with some respect around this castle." "Would you care for a snack while you tell your story?" "Yes please! Chocolate chip cookies and warm milk would be nice." ''Very well princess, I shall return shortly." "Thank you!"
Okay now where should I start? Hmm... Oh ok! "In a totally awesome kingdom there lived an even cooler princess who's literally the whole package. She's intelligent, kind, really pretty and she knows a thing or two about shoes. There's just one problem, she has a super lame curse. No, she doesn't turn into a frog or fall asleep for a hundred years.
This curse is way worse, hey that rhymes! Anyways the princess keeps getting hurt and chases all the princes and non-princes away because of it. She's learned to deal with it, but it was getting old fast. She wanted to find a way to get rid of her curse to get her happily ever after."
"I am back, here are your cookies and milk." "Ooh, thank you!" "You are most welcome, now where are you in your story telling?" "I just told them about the curse" "Really? Usually, we don't get to that part for an hour" "Yeah well, I speeded things up." "I see, have you told them the most important thing?" "Yeah, the curse." "No, no I mean have you told them who you are?" "Oh, right I almost forgot, I'm that totally amazing princess and this is the story about how I wanted to get rid of my "stupid" curse."
Thank you for reading my story! Comment any questions or suggestions you might have! I hope you love this story as much as I do!
