THERESE

I heard several noises kaya hindi kona muling maituloy ang tulog ko . Nagising ako sa liwanag na tumatama sa aking mata I'm not sure kung nasan ako but all I see is a white ceiling by the looks of it ay nasa clinic ako sa amoy palang but hindi kona halos maalala kung pano ako napapunta dito, last thing I remember ay naglaro ako ng volleyball tas uminom ako sa tubigan ni Miss serene then complete blank na ang mga sunod na pangyayare. mukang hindi ata nila napansin na gising nako dahil tuloy padin sila sa pag uusap nila or should I say pag aaway

"What the fuck serene why did you let her drink that don't you know that she's not allowed to drink coffee"

"Excuse me Eloise I have no Idea ok if meron man edi malamang sa malamang hindi ko yun pinainom sakanya atsaka hindi konaman inakalang aagawin nya yung inuman"

"And wait nga eloise why do you even care that much"

"Shut up she's my student alright so it's normal for me to care"

"Are you sure about that?"Miss serene raised her eyebrows at hindi naman nagpatalo si eloise dahil tinaasan nya din ng kilay si Prof

"Yes she's just my student and you of all people should know that by now"

"Sure whatever you say but Eloise I'm warning you kung may iba kapang agenda stop that you'll just end up hurting her "Sarcastic na sabi ni prof serene na sumeryoso din naman lalo na sa mga huling kataga nyang binitawan

"Just shut up and leave Serene I don't need your opinion" Hindi na umangal si prof serene at umalis ng nailing iling sa pinagsasabi ng kaybigan nya

Muli kong pinikit ang mata ko ng marinig ko ang pagsara ng pinto. I counted a minute before re opening my eyes.at sa pagmulat ng mata ko ay ang magandang muka nya ang bumungad sa aking tabihan she was stroking my hair while humming something

"Oh you're awake how are you feeling"

Bumangon ako para maupo and inalalayan nya naman ako

"What happened miss " sapo sapo ko ang likod ng ulo ko and may bendang nakalagay dito so that means may nangyare talaga pagkataposdahil uminom lang naman ako wala akong matandaan na nabagok ang ulol ko sa kung anong bagay

"Well you drunk coffee then you were hit by a basketball but everything has been handled so rest assured that no one would ever hurt you again specially on my watch"

"Thanks Miss" Here's my heart beating abnormally nanaman she really has different ways with her words alam nya kung pano patibukin ng gantong kabilis ang puso ko it's always the small things she does for me or her just simply breathing beside me already makes my heart and mind go crazy yung puso ko na pangalan nya lang ang paulit na isnisigaw

Everytime I close my eyes all I see is her it's like she invaded my whole being my insanity na kinukuha nya and how she's my remedy everytime I'm with her the void is slowly filling up and for a long time I know to myself that I'm genuinely happy

"How are you feeling since uminom ka ng coffee and your friends says na bawal daw sayo yun "

"Ok naman po medyo masakit lang ang ulo because coffee is like alcohol for me parang hangover effect sya but I think hindi naman ganong ka lala compared sa mga naranasan ko before"

"the nurse also said it's just a mild injury one more thing you're low on blood but a long sleep would help ,does that have anything to do with your swollen eyes a while ago" Napaiwas naman ako ng tingin because I did not think na maalala nya pa ang tungkol don

"Look if something happened it's going to be fine I know it's easier said than done but I know you're a fighter just remember that I'm here for you and you're not alone I have your back you don't always need to face things alone you have me rese"
