The First Date

So yesterday, Josh asked me out on a date, and I am standing in front of my mirror staring at myself nervously as Rebecca and Ashley smile at me, I am dressed in a short blue sundress with light-colored sandals and my hair is in beach waves, I look at Becca and Ashley who are basically shaking in excitement.

"Are you positive, that I'm not under-dressed?" I asked and Ashley laughs.

"Yes, Faith." She said nodding as she walks over to me putting a hand on my shoulder, she looks me over pleased with finished product.

 "I just wish he had told me where we are going." I muttered making Ashley laugh as Becca shakes her head with a smile.

"Will you please stop worrying about where it is and just trust me when I say that your gonna love it." Becca said walking over to me turning me around, so I am facing her as Ashley watches with a small grin.

"Josh, worships the ground you walk on, and correct me if I'm wrong but you adore him too." Becca said and I sigh nodding. 

Trinity walks into the room and smiles brightly before coming over to me hugging me tightly. 

"Girl, Josh is not gonna be able to keep his hands to himself when you get there." She squealed backing away.

I open my mouth to reply just as there is a knock on the door.

"That must be your ride," Ashley said in a sing-song as I bite my lower lip nervously. 

"Hey, everything is going to be amazing don't make me repeat myself girl, you and Josh are meant for each other. " Trinity said and I nod as she goes to the door answering it.

"Hey babe." She said as I walk to the door seeing Jimmy.

"You ready to go?" He asked kissing me on the cheek.

"And what are you doing here on this fine day, sir?" I asked with a teasing tone.

"I'm your ride, madam." He teased back as I laugh with a nod.

"Is that so?" I asked with a smirk as Jimmy nods just as my phone pings letting me know that I got a message, I look down seeing a message from Josh making me smile

"Lover boy?" Jimmy asked and I chuckle rolling my eyes as he tries to peer over my shoulder.   

"Get outta here." I said smacking him in the chest, Jimmy chuckles backing away and I quickly look at the message with a grin.

'I sent my idiot brother to pick you up, cause I'm just adding some finishing touches to everything, I can't wait to see you, Aulelei, I hope you like what I got planned. ❤️❤️'

Ashley takes the phone from my hand and puts it on the counter as I raise an eyebrow at her.

"Hey!" I said and she chuckles wrapping her arms around me.

" You're not gonna need that." She said and I laugh before I am pushed out of the door with Jimmy.

"You can thank me for part two of your outfit, Faith!" Trinity yelled out to me.

"Have fun!" Becca yelled out.

"Not too much!" Ashley yelled out making Jimmy and I laugh, once we reach the car, he opens the passenger seat for me making me chuckle and step inside sitting down buckling up, he gets into the driver's seat and we leave.

"Can you tell me, where we're going?" I asked hoping that he will.

"Nope, I promised him I wouldn't." Jimmy said making me huff and cross my arms pouting.  

"Of course, you did." I muttered as Jimmy chuckles shaking his head, resting my head on the window I stare up at the blue sky thinking about everything that has happened in my life, after what feels like hours, the car comes to a stop and I lift my head up seeing that we are at a beach house, I stare in shock unbuckling as my door is opened.
