Training Mistakes

I stretched as I got up out of bed to begin another day of work. It has been a week since I took up the job as a housekeeper and it has definitely kept me busy. Cooking and cleaning didn't seem like hard work to me on the first day but the reality soon hit me as I went throughout the week. I'm constantly cooking for Feliciano since it seems like he gets hungry every hour and I'm always cleaning up after Gilbert since he claims he's "too awesome," to do it himself. I swear sometimes it's like running a daycare. Kiku and Ludwig, however, are usually pretty good about not making my work harder than it already is.

I walked over to my closet to get my uniform when I heard a knock on the door. I wonder who that is. I walked over to my bedroom door and opened it. To my surprise it was Kiku. The Japanese man and I have never really had the chance to get to know each other better so it was a bit uncalled for to see him at my door, especially so early in the morning. "Can I help you Kiku?" "Ohayo Gozaimasu (Y/N)-chan," Kiku said bowing. "Ludwig wanted me to come ask you if you would rike to join our training routine this morning before you carry out work."

"I would love to. I'll be down in a minute." Kiku nodded and went back down the stairs to the main floor of the house. I shut my door and proceeded to get ready. I grabbed a (F/C) t-shirt and sweatpants to train in. Then I put my hair up and headed to the track. There was a slight breeze and not a single cloud in the sky, the perfect day to be outside. I smiled as I approached everyone on the track, they seemed to have already started.

"(Y/N)!! Help me!!" Feliciano ran up to me and hid behind my back. "Feliciano get back here!" Ludwig walked up to me angrily as Feliciano peered in front of me. "No no! I'm not a-here." Ludwig sighed, "(Y/N) maybe you can get him to train, he seems to listen to you." I turned around to face the Italian. "Feli if you train like Ludwig says then I'll make you some pasta for lunch." Feliciano's eyes lit up as soon as he heard the word pasta. Ludwig shook his head in disapproval as Feliciano eagerly went back to training. Ludwig sighed, "Should we get to training then?" "Sure," I nodded.

After Ludwig and I had streched we joined Kiku and Feliciano on the track. Feliciano was running like a madman around the track, probably to work for his pasta and Kiku was in the middle of the track seeming to be playing with a cat. I laughed, I have a weird group of friends. As I ran along with Ludwig I was oblivious to the dip in the track and tripped and fell down to the ground as I let out a surprised yelp.

I groaned, "Ouch..." I then felt something move beneath me. Oh gosh I fell on top of Ludwig's back. I must have brought him down with me when I fell. Ludwig began to get up and I fell off of him and onto the track's pavement. Ludwig looked down at me surprised. "Oh (Y/N)! I'm so sorry!" He reached out his hand to me and I took it blushing. "Uh sorry about that," Ludwig said beat red. "No it was my fault I'm sorry. I wasn't watching where I was going." I suddenly realized I was still holding onto Ludwig's hand, I let go and blushed even more if it was possible.

We both didn't say anything for awhile until I broke the silence. "I-I should go get started on lunch I supposed." "Oh yes good idea. I'll just go back to training then." Ludwig walked off and I headed towards the house. Geez what is wrong with me?!

~Time Skip~

After we had all ate lunch I began to clean the dishes in the kitchen. I was still embarrased over what had happened while training and I guess Ludwig was as well since we didn't really talk over lunch. I sighed, I'm such an idiot! If I had watched where I was going it wouldn't be so awkward between us! I was so deep in thought I didn't notice the approaching foot steps until I heard a voice. "(Y/N)-chan..." I spun around, "What can I do for you Kiku?" "I hope you don't mind me saying but I courdn't help but notice some awkward tension between you and Ludwig over runch. Did something happen?"

I put the dishes I was washing down. "Ludwig and I just had an accident while we were training, that's all." "Oh so that's what Feliciano was terring me he saw...." "Wait what?" Kiku went wide eyed, "Never mind me (Y/N)-chan....but if I were you, I would put the situation behind you, it was an accident after arr." I smiled, "Yeah you're right Kiku. I think I'll go speak to Ludwig now. Thank you." I walked off to go find Ludwig leaving the dishes behind, it was time we moved on from that silly situation.
