She's Gladis's

CHAPITRE*14*

It has been eleven hours and 23 minutes since Gladis said that he wants to open his mother's letter, and yet he slept like a baby right after that, but for me? I couldn't stop thinking about it. Im feeling so nervous and the curiosity is killing me, I know I should be more worried than being curious but I can't control it, I really wanna know, but here I am sweating all about it while Gladis is having fun with Jake while eating breakfast.

"UGH" I sighed loud enough for the both of them to hear me, and It did the trick.
"What now?" Said Jakey.
" I have nothing to wear for the ball!" I replied genuinely worried.

"Didn't you and mom agree about the color already?"
"Yeah but she said she already has a dress in mind with that color so I have to get mine myself"
"And thats my queue, alright baby girl let's go get you a dress" said Glady while wiping his hands and mouth with a tissue.

"Oh my god really? Yesss!"
he got up to get his car keys and I already had my purse with me so Im totally ready.
"Anything for you" he replied and gave me a quick kiss before we made our way out.

"WHIPPED"

"So where do you wanna start?" We were already at the mall and I still don't know what dress shop I wanna start with.
"Hmmm that one, looks fancy" At that he held my hand and led me to it.

Once we entered it was like heaven, my jaw almost touched the ground looking at these dresses. My moment was shortly cut by a worker who approaches us smiling wildly.

Oh, pretty!

"Welcome to our store, how may I help you?" She asked so kindly.

"H-hi Im asia and im looking for a dress" I chirped out happily.

"Well do you have anything in mind miss Asia?"

"Well not really, these are all pretty"

"We'll get them all" said Gladis while giving out his credit card.

Uh?

"W-what?" Said me and the lady at the same time.

"You heard me, get to work"
"NO, I mean no thanks but I only want one, can you show all of your white dresses? Please" I asked politely and putting Gladis's hand back in his pockets.

"Sure, follow me"

She walking in front of us confidently until we made it to a hall thats full of white dresses. " Are you looking for anything specific?" She asked before turning and looking at me.

"Well im looking for a white satin dress with a slit"

"Oh elegant, looks like you came prepared, and I have the perfect one for that"

She started walking again and I went right behind her followed by Gladis. Once she got to the dress I was stunned by the shine of its white silk, the slit was up to the hip and strapless just like I imagined, Gladis seemed to read my body language like any other times so he did the job by answering her.

"We'll get this one"

"Alright sir"

"Did you guys cancel plans?" Jakey said once we walked into the house.

"What? No, look we got the dress!"

"That surely was the fastest record in history of dress shopping, u sure are a lucky one Gladis"

Gladis only smiled and looked at me, appreciation can be detected on his look.
