CHAPTER 14

That morning I got up and went to the doctors.
"Ashely Carter" The nurse said
I walked into the room
"How many months pregnant are you?" She asked
"I don't know three maybe"
"I will send the doctor in and we will find out"
"Okay" I smiled at her
Twenty minutes later the doctor finally walked in
"Hello Ashely"
"Hi Dr.Shay"
Yes this is Deans doctor I still go here. He is the only person that I trust.
We did an ultrasound.
"You are a couple months along. Would you like to know the sex of the baby?" Dr.Shay asked
"Yes" I smiled
"A girl" He smiled
"Wow" I said
"Yeah well I will see you in two months for another check up" He left.
I had to think of a name for her. I went home and talked with Angel.
"That baby is a girl" I smiled
"That's great. What are you going to name her?" She asked
"I don't know yet" I answered
"Well if you want help let me know"
"Okay so am I all clear to go to the new school tomorrow?"
"Yes but we have to talk to Mrs.Grain she is on her way over now"
"Okay does she know about the baby?"
"Not yet I think you should tell her"
"Okay thank you"
"Of course" There was a knock on the door
"Hello Mrs.Grain" Angel said
"Hi" She said sitting down "So what does Ashely need I tell me?"
"I want to go to a teen pregnancy school because I am pregnant with a baby girl" I said
"Wow Ashely. How did you get pregnant and who is the father?" Mrs.Grain asked
I looked over at Angel.
"Apparently Wesley has been raping her the reason she only told me last night is because he has been threading her. Wesley is the father but I don't want him to have any part in raising the baby" Angel explained
"One of two things can happen. Ashely can go back to the Kea's house to protect Ashely an the baby from Wesley or they can stay here and try to survive. It's your choice Angel. Do what you think is best for her and her baby" Mrs.Grain said
"Ashely what do you want to do?" Angel asked me
"I really love it here but I really don't want Wesley to be any part of this kids childhood. He will ruin her" I said
"I understand" Angel said
"I will tell mrs.Kea that you are moving back in with them. Get your stuff together" Mrs. Grain said
"Okay" I went and got my stuff
We drove to the Kea's house. Dean was still at school.
"Ashely" Mrs.Kea said
"Hi" I said back
"Bye" Mrs.Grain said
"I though you didn't want to have a baby" Mrs.Kea said
"Yeah well I do now and I want to tell Dean about this" I walked up to my room.
I heard Dean walk in. I was standing at the top of the stairs. He saw me and dropped his bag. He ran up the stairs and gave me a hug.
"What are you doing here?" He asked
"Moving in. Wesley got me pregnant and I'm having a girl and I need your help naming her" I answered
"Wow Ashley I'm so sorry" He said
"It's okay. What should I name her?"
"If it were my daughter I would want her to be named Charlie or Charlotte."
"That's pretty but I was also thinking Hope or Lizabeth"
"What if we named her Charlotte Hope Elizabeth Carter"
"I like that"
"Good"
I smiled.
"So this Wesley's kid does he know?"
"No he doesn't know that it's his"
"Okay"
"Ashely you are going to stay in normal school" Mrs.Kea yelled
"Fuck" I whispered
"I will protect you Ash" Dean whispered
"I don't want to face Dylan" I let a tear fall
"Dylan still loves you just let him know and everything will be okay Ash. He will forgive you if you forgive him" He wiped my tear away
"Okay" I tried to smile
"Go get some rest" Dean walked away.
