Things to do when you're stressed or need to relax.

Everyone and I mean EVERYONE. need to relax and take a chill pill once in a while. Here are some things to do when you need relaxation.

😌Take a hot bath or shower. Believe me it works!!

😌Don't talk to anyone except your parents. (Friends are almost the number one thing that gets you stressed out) sisters and brothers works too.

😌Drink tea or coffee. Warmth relaxes you.

😌Read. It gets you distracted.

😌Sleep is a beautiful thing. Take advantage of it and take a nap. When you wake up, I bet you you will forget about what you were stressed about.

😌Watch TV (cartoons work for me) it will also distract you.

😌Clean up. If you need to take a break on something, clean up your room or house. It makes you feel good when you're doing it and after you do it.

😌Close your eyes. It will make you calm. It just works. Trust me.

😌Give yourself a face mask. It helps your skin and makes you calm.

😌Listen to music. Music is the number 1 that distracts you. It keeps you upbeat and happy and makes you forget things and be relaxed.

😌Randomness. Sing, dance, do anything random. Run around in circles. Hop on one foot. It will make you think Why am I doing this? and make you happy. Plus it's very fun to do!

So these few tips make you so calm. It works. Some things are self explanatory. Other things, don't even make sense, but works. It's never good to be stressed. Always relax once in a while. AQ (means any questions) comment. -TDG
