Hyein
So my hunch was right. During my meeting with my adviser, he told me that I have two back subjects and that I need to take remedial classes before the semester ends, or else I will have to repeat. Just when I thought I'm going to be able to relax during the last weeks.
Our meeting took about ten minutes when I promised Haerin that I'll be back within five minutes. I wonder if she's having a wonderful time around the campus? There are lots of booths here an she'll definitely have fun. Ah, nevermind I should join her now.
A few meters before reaching the last place we met, I heard students gossiping about something. Alright, time to activate my radar.
"It's Kang Haerin"
"Really?"
"What is she doing here, is she here to meet her fans?"
"Maybe Hyein invited her"
"Then let's take this opportunity, it sure feels great having an idol schoolmate" I tried to listen more to what they're talking about but they're in a hurry that they immediately vanished from my sight. Although my schoolmates and classmates are already used to seeing me at our campus, having another Idol visit here is still something new since there's not much kpop idols who studies here aside from me, why? Because I want to study in a much more private place.
Does it mean that Haerin's cover was exposed? With the cap she's wearing there's no way she'll get recognized by anyone. Well there are fans who can recognize their idols even in a few meters away so it's possible. So without wasting any time, I hurriedly followed the students whom ran past me. Knowing Haerin, she hates being around people especially strangers so I have to drag her out of there as soon as I can.
I guess my search won't be that long because a huge crowd is in front of me right now and for sure, Haerin's inside there.
I took a deep breath before starting to enter the crowd. "Excuse me" I said while pushing myself in the crowd, eventually taking me to where Haerin is. The moment our eyes met, she gave me this 'Help me' look which I immediately caught on. She doesn't need to say anything for me to understand what she's trying to say. Having a crowd around her must've put a lot of stress on her.
Without hesitation, I grabbed her hand and told her; "Our manager is looking for us" and then I started to go out of the crowd along with Haerin.
Ugh, more people came and we're having a hard time finding our way out. There are still students who's forcing their way to Haerin just to take a picture of her or take a selfie with her. She's already showing in her body language that she doesn't like it but they still keep on doing it.
"NOONA!! YOU'RE MORE BEAUTIFUL IN PERSON!" A student yelled from afar. He must be the same age as mine or younger judging by him calling Haerin 'Noona'. As we find our way out, I noticed that her grip on my hand becomes more tighter than earlier, which means she's not feeling well.
Just when I'm starting to think that we're stucked here. I loud whistle sound was made and all of the students look at their back where the direction of the whistle is.
"What's all this ruckus about?" The School Council Auditor said after getting the attention of everyone who's piled up around us. How did I knew? Well each member of the student council has their own tags wrapped around their arms so that everyone can recognize them. Pretty cool isn't it?

Soon after, the Secretary of the School Council came by the back our Auditor up. "Everyone who will not leave their positions will be reported to the principal" she said out loud which made the students around us leave. When the Auditor came, the students didn't even pay attention to him but when it's the secretary, they immediately followed her. Talk about simps. Although she's actually pretty.
Afterwards, the students eventually left the two of us alone while the two members of the School Council approach us.
"Hello Kang Haerin-ssi, I apologize for what you had experienced just now, by the way I'm Hana Lee, secretary of the student council" she stretched out her hand as an offer for a handshake.
Haerin hesitated for a second but still accepted the handshake. "Thank you"
she said while smiling.
After Hana was done introducing herself, the Auditor approached her after and also shaked her hand. "I'm Min Jae," he said, trying his best to stop himself from smiling. "I'm a big fan of yours Haerin-ssi"
Although it's already normal to have fans, Haerin still tried to look surprised just to make his day. "Is that so?," and then she smiled at him. "Thank you" she added before pulling her hand.
"I can't believe I got to hold your hand Haerin-ssi, I'm not gonna wash my hands ever again- ouch! what was that for Hana?"
"Shut up Min Jae," Hana said after pinching his wrist. "Aren't you embarrassed at all?"
I agree with Hana though, because even though I know that he's just joking to lift the mood, idolizing someone too much to the point that you won't wash your hands after you shaked hands with them is too much.
After chatting more for a bit. Min Jae and Hana told us that they already have to go because the two of them were tasked to patrol around the school, ensuring that everything's going fine.
"We hope you enjoy your time here" Hana waved her hand before she hold onto Min Jae's arm as they started walking past us. So the two of them are dating? Now I'm jealous of them. Experiencing what it's like to date someone you like.
"Thank you for earlier Hyein" Haerin said as soon as only the two of us are left.
I grabbed her hand and squeezed it tightly making sure that she won't get snatched from me any minute from now. "It's nothing," I smiled at her. "now, shall we?"
