James Potter was not at all nervous about getting to the train, having done it last year. He sprinted towards the brick wall and disappeared with his trolley.

Sirius looked up at Harry.

"Let's go together," Harry said.

Each of them took an end of the cart and took off down the platform.

"Do I have to do that, too?" Marcus asked. He was cute as a button in his new, pressed and starched uniform.

"You can walk through it," Hermione replied. "But running is easier."

Marcus looked up at Severus then to his older sister.

"Bianca, will you run with me?"

"Alright, but you better keep up!" Both children were small for their ages. Bianca had her green and silver tie on while Marcus wore the interim grey tie until he was sorted.

Ginny held Ruby on her hip and stood next to Hermione to watch everyone running towards the brick wall. Harry and Sirius disappeared through the wall, Bianca and Marcus soon after.

"So, is Marcus going to be a Slytherin as well?" Ginny asked.

"My money is on Ravenclaw," Hermione said.

"And mine is on Gryffindor," Severus replied with a displeased sigh.

"How much?" Ginny smirked.

"Five galleons," Hermione chuckled.

The three entered the platform at a calmer pace. Ruby covered her eyes just before Ginny walked through.

Ron, Lavender, Roslyn and tiny Lionel were already on the platform. James led the way over, with Harry and Sirius following.

Bianca and Marcus waited for their parents. Trolleys in hand, they lead the way over to Ginny and Harry.

"Hi, M'is'er Malfoy," Lionel said politely. He was the picture of Ron with a bit of Lavender about the eyes.

"Hello, Lionel," Draco said as he stopped next to Severus.

Marcus and Roslyn followed Bianca to the nearest open door on the crimson train. Smoke already billowed into the station.

Ruby popped her thumb out of her mouth to ask, "Where is Scorpi?"

"On the train." Draco turned to wave at his only son. "Looks like he just found Sirius."

Scorpius and Sirius waved back. Like Bianca and Marcus, Scorpius was already in his uniform but with his black robe on.

To Severus, he asked, "You'll watch him?"

"Of course."

Hermione hadn't seen much of Draco at the Ministry since Astoria had passed.

"Not riding the train?" Draco asked.

Severus righted his scarf. "No. I would like some final minutes with the school before it is burned down this year."

"Why's it gonna burn down?" Ruby asked, terribly concerned.

Severus leaned forward a bit to be at her level. "Because your Aunt Hermione, Uncle Ron, and your father were the worst-behaved students I ever had. And now there are another three students just like them to run around my school."

Lionel stopped waving at the cat in a nearby carrier. "If Auntie Mione is bad, why'd you marry her?"

"She forced me."

Their parents burst out laughing, even Draco cracked a smirk.

"You were forced, but not by me," Hermione chuckled.
