Megatronus Pov:
I don't know what's going on, I walked through the ground bridge with Orion and the next thing I know, I have a pair of blasters belonging to Ratchet pointing at me and a small organic-looking creature shouting "WHY WOULD YOU LET A MONSTER LIKE HIM COME IN HERE WITH THE CHILDREN AFTER EVERYTHING HE'S DONE!" After that, Orion grabbed my servo and pulled me through the base and into a room that appeared to be his and told me to sit on a berth before leaving. The door to the room opened but it wasn't Orion, no, it was the small blue femme. She strolled into the room, stopping a few pede steps in front of me. She looks pretty uncomfortable as she refuses to look at me in the optics. I start to wonder why that organic thing reacted how it did and why Ratchet immediately pointed his blasters at me after seeing me. I'm pulled from my thoughts as the femme begins to speak, "Optimu- I mean Orion is dealing with a little issue out there, so for now he's asked me to introduce everyone." I look at her with a smile and nod. "Well, my name is Arcee and this is Bumblebee," She says as a young mech comes through the door as well. "The green mech is Bulkhead." She froze for a moment. "And I'm assuming you already know Ratchet..?" She continued.
"That is accurate," I reply. The room is quiet for a few moments before I ask, "What was that...creature and why was it yelling?" Arcee looks like she's thinking to herself before answering "Those creatures are one of the native species on this planet, they are called humans." Bumblebee suddenly interrupts saying, "There are a few humans that know about our existence and help us fight against the cons but other than them no other human on this planet is aware of us." Megatronus nodded, showing he understood as he asked, "Who was that human?" Arcee answered with a smile on her face "That was June Darby, she is a human nurse." She took a moment before continuing, four other main humans know of our existence and they are Agent Fowler, Jack, Miko and Raf, the last three being human children." She took a break before continuing, "Agent Fowler is the human that does the most to help us stay hidden on this planet." Megatronus nodded, processing all of the information. However, before anything else could be said, Optimus appeared at the door with a rather grumpy and hesitant Ratchet, why did he look so upset Megatronus wondered as Orion gave a nod and the other bots left so Ratchet, Orion and Megatronus were left alone. Orion began to speak, "We would like to do a medical examination to make sure you aren't injured in any form if that's alright with you," Megatronus nodded before speaking, "Orion, Arcee was about to call you something other than Orion. What was it?" Ratchet gave a slight shake of his helm and glanced at Optimus, "Well, I now go by Optimus Prime." The silence grew deafening between the three as the bots waited for Megatronus to answer, "I see."
Optimus and Ratchet waited for an attack or outburst to happen but were surprised when they got, "I see the Matrix of Leadership chose the right mech to be a Prime during Cybertrons final days." After he spoke, Megatronus gave a genuine smile. So, Megatronus believes that the Matrix of Leadership chose Optimus after the war had already started. That would have to do, he can't find out the truth about the war or who knows what would happen. Optimus smiled and looked at Ratchet, "Should you start the exam?" Ratchet only nodded and turned to Megatronus, he hated having the Decepticon leader in the base. He started to look Megatron over, only able to think about what would happen if the plan backfired.
-Just a little note that I am going to post all of the current and Future Optimus x Megatron Forgetful Chapters on a New Story as I originally intended for it to only be a 1 or 2-chapter story but instead it has turned into something that I am going to write more of.
