You were walking around the scrap yard looking for someone. That someone was Russell, your nephew. It had been around about 5 years since you had last seen your older brother Denny and even longer since you'd seen Russell. It was safe to say that when you had shown up unannounced, hoping to surprise your brother, you weren't expecting to see Giant, Sentient Alien Robots living in the scrap yard. They had given you quite a fright at first until Denny came over to question what the commotion was and swiftly explained. You were due to stay for 3 months and you intend to spend that time bonding with your nephew. That would prove to be harder than it seemed because of one bot taking a liking to you. You had learnt that his name was Sideswipe and he was quite...forward with things. He's been very quick to comment on how cute or sexy you look. He also makes a habit out of following you around the scrap yard, practically shadowing you. You do have to admit that watching him stumble and trip almost over everything while he was trying to follow you was quite entertaining. He always tries to make you laugh despite how miserably he fails all of the time.
You freeze as you look up and spot the specific red paint of a certain bot that's been following you closely. You smirk as you see how his optics almost instantly fix on you, "Hey Sideswipe, you seen Russell anywhere?" You ask loudly. You can almost see his faceplate heat up as he stutters to answer you,
"N..no! I... I haven't seen him at all Y/n!" Another thing you found quite funny is witnessing the bot that was usually hot-headed and egotistical according to everyone else in the scrap yard seemingly fall helm over heals for you. You smirk before saying , "Oh that's unfortunate, you want to help me find him," you grin as you see his faceplate heat up even more as you continue speaking, "And if we don't find him, we could always sit down and watch a movie together. You know, like a date." The look he had when you finished speaking made you grin, he stuttered out the words, "Yeh" and "Sure", eagerly running in front of you, deliberately trying to not find Russell.
