19. Wedding

"Pha did you check? Everything is packed"? Forth asked for a hundreth time and Pha exactly counter checked for hundreth time. 

"Yes Forth. Everything is packed. Diapers. Changing sheet. Wipes. Pacifiers. Bottles. Formula milk powder. Her shoes. Upper. Jacket. Her dresses. Nightware.  Blanket. Carrying coat. ". Pha marked the list once again. 

But this time Mrs Emily couldnt stop smacking both of their heads. 

"Owh Mom". 

"You guys are panicking like you have to leave for a year. Its just two days guys". She scolded them but with love.

"Sorry Mom". Pha scratched his head. 

"Its okay boys. Go have fun. Did you guys packed the gifts"? She asked holding Lizz on the bed. Watching the panicked boys. Who had to go attend a beach wedding. Yes it was Mew and Ming's wedding. And they had to stay over for two days. Though Forth opted for mom to go with them too for a change. But she refused. As weather was changing it was getting difficult for her to bear the cold. And Beach wedding means open air venue. Forth was kind of reluctant for Lizz but with the guidance from her, he agreed to take her. 

"Okay. All settled in the rover. I guess we should move too. Its a long journey and we should reach by noon". Pha said. Fixing Lizz's dress. 

They made sure to get all medicines for Mom on her table. Pha instructed the maid to stay with her all time. And call her if anything happens. 

"Pha. Forth. Sons. Dont pamper me. Dont worry too much. I have spent half of my age looking after myself alone. Two days are easy to manage boys. Go. Have fun". She kissed their foreheads and Forth couldnt hide his tears. 

"No more Mon. You will never stay alone in future ever. I promise". He hug her tight. And she smiled hugging him back. 

"Okay okay. Now go. Take lots of pictures". She waved them bye till they were out of sight. 

The journey was long still it was beautiful. They were going to one of the mansions owned by Mew's family by a private beach. The road was surrounded by lush farms. Forth was driving while Pha was playing with their, now almost 2 months old Lizz. She was awake for now. So the dads were enjoying her company. 

Munching on the snacks. Chit chat. And fun. They reached the mansion by 2 in the noon. They were personally welcomed by Mew and Ming and they were stuck with Lizz. 

"Phi Forth. Phi Pha. Who is she"? Ming asked them holding Lizz after they were settled in the lounge meeting the family before lunch. 

"She is our little bundle of joy". Forth chuckled watching Ming playing with her. 

Ming scoffed.

"Thats something obvious Phi. Am asking How"? He said in irritated tone and Pha laughed followed by Mew who came and circled his arms around Ming.

"Well. We adopted her. So she is here". Pha said not going for the details. 

"She is so cute. Thank you Forth and Dr Phana for coming here". Mew thanked them and Pha smiled warmly..

"We had to Mew. And call me Phana. No need of formalities. The pleasure is ours". He replied in his warm tone before the maids announced for lunch. It was as extravagant as expected. Ming tried to keep Lizz busy while her dads could eat but she was sleepy and was getting irritated so Forth finished up quickly and held her. He prepared her formula milk and changed her into comfy clothes before feeding her. She was tired so quickly feel asleep in his arms.
