The Woman (Pt1)

5 Months Later

In Gusu

It was evening in Gusu and Lan Xichen was left to do sect leader stuff, and he was left to babysit Lan Mei, Jiang Cheng was in Yunmeng for a while to also do sect leader stuff because the two sect leaders were busy, though they were busy Lan Xichen was always thinking about his lover but there is always one topic that won't leave his mind, Marriage.

Lan Xichen and His Wanyin have been together for quite some time now, and their siblings are already married(Lan Zhan and Wei Wuxian) after the Wangxian wedding he saw how happy the two lovers were, and he wanted to experience it too with his wanyin, but he was A DUMB SCARED DIMWIT TO ASK HIS HAND IN MARRIAGE! ahem-

After teaching, and doing stuff He went out to gusu to walk around with his daughter, he let his daughter play at the park with his supervision, then a while later a lady sat down the bench, "hello sect leader." she says with a smile, 

"hello...?"

"Call me Lin, Lin Anh"

"Alright"

"Rare to see you out here"

"I am here with my daughter"

"She is super pretty I see! I am out with my Nephew"

She Blushes when speaking to Lan Xichen, It was weird but Lan Xichen thought it was just the way she looks when she talks to new people, she was nice and kind. She would be at the park every time Lan Xichen would go out with his daughter.

Today Jiang Cheng was with Lan Xichen going out to the park with Lan Mei, Jiang Cheng was holding hands with Lan Xichen while their daughter was happily running around. They went to the same small park again, and lan xichen then told his lover about her. Jiang Cheng found it rather suspicious but he was ok as long as they didn't have a close relationship.

Lin Anh introduced herself to Jiang Cheng, but Jiang Cheng felt like she wanted him to go away, he thought it was probably his insecurities taking over but their was something off about her. Her smile looked fake when they talk, he could tell because Everytime Lan Xichen would force a smile Jiang Wanyin would know.

In the bedroom of Lan Xichen and Jiang Cheng, Jiang Cheng was sipping tea while his dear sweetheart was finishing up his work. Lan Xichen Immediately finished and cleaned up, he then proceeded to sit with his lover. "Is something wrong wanyin..?"   Lan Xichen says noticing something off about his lover.

"No, but.."

(A/N I left it their with a cliff hanger cause it is currently 11:20 pm and I am still working on my studies while doing this. So yeah! Continuing this when I get home)
