(Darel's pov)

I jumped off the wall and landed on the ground, I held my sword high as she came towards me. She unleashed a wave of attacks at me but I blocked all of them

Cling! Cling! Cling! Clack! Clang!

I parried it all to one side and stabbed my sword into the middle of the tentacles. Jarrah stretched all of the tentacles and nearly send me flying as the tension was high. I held my sword firmly

Jarrah: Like that is gonna STOP ME

She shot strings of webs at me

Darel: NATURAL DISASTER TURBULENCE

I leaned down and dashed towards her at the speed of light. I sliced the tentacles along the way and dodged the webs

I got in front of Jarrah and got ready to swing my sword

Darel: -in mind- I WILL END IT ALL IN THIS SWING

Jarrah looked at me blankly before she sighed

Jarrah: you are so slow, I even have time to yawn

She snapped her fingers and new tentacles grew out from her back and were all aimed at me

Darel: NATURAL DISASTER TURBULENCE

Everything flew up including Jarrah and I and the tentacles were all shot at through the wrong places, but barely missing me

She swung a net of webs at me but I flipped over it

Darel: NATURAL DISASTER DOWN DRAFT

Everything went down again and She landed on all six legs, planted firmly in the ground, she pulled out a sword made of webs

Darel: TORNADO

I jumped up and swung my sword at her, forming a speeding tornado towards her. She whispered something and the most bizarre thing happened. There were virtual spears in the air and they were raining down in a straight line towards me

It cancelled out the tornado but more spears were flying down on me

Darel: TSUNAMI

I swung it upwards and a wave appeared, cancelling out the spears

When I landed, she whispered something again before jabbing her sword into the ground, a wave of earth spikes poked out of the ground and were aimed towards me, I slammed my sword into the ground

Darel: EARTHQUAKE

The ground rumbles and a earth wall rose, blocking the ground spikes

Darel: what the hell?

It was weird, those were the moves only spectral users know, but somehow she knows

It must be his blood...

Jarrah: You are so slow

She appeared behind me, I opened my eyes big in shock and she slapped me on the side, sending me flying and hitting a wall upside down

Jarrah cackled as I slid down the wall and hit the ground

Jarrah: THIS IS ALL DAREL!? I THOUGHT YOU WERE POWERFUL, BUT IT WAS COMET WHO PROTECTED YOU

I stood up and leaned on my sword

Jarrah: COMET WAS ALWAYS PROTECTING YOU, INCLUDING OASIS, EVERYONE

My heart clenched as I heard that, I thought to my myself; Am I that useless? Am I always sheltered?

Jarrah: You know... I always thought you were strong Darel, but it turns out, you were like the Kulipari. Dying by our hands, limbs torn, necks snapped

Darel: No...

I fell to my knees, just like how Comet fell to his knees when he lost Counstellation

Jarrah: COMET WAS A TRULY STRONG PERSON, BUT HE REFUSED TO USE HIS POWER FOR DOMINANCE. WHAT A WASTE

Darel: COMET IS NOTHING LIKE YOU, YOU DESTROY, DEVOUR AND KILL, LIKE METEOR

Jarrah: OH REALLY? YOU WANT TO KNOW THE TRUTH DAREL?

She sped towards me and she held her sword under her arm, aimed at my waist, she prepared to jab me in the stomach

I blocked the jab but she leaned in and whispered

Jarrah: Comet, is not the nice man you know, he is a killer

She swung her tentacles and it hit me in the waist, causing me to spit out some blood before flying through the air

Suddenly she was there

Jarrah: He slayed the jsabians, tore them apart, like a slaughterhouse

She jabbed at my head but I smacked her blade aside with my sword

Jarrah: HE DISEMBOWELLED THEM, MANIPULATED THEM, DECAPTICATED THEM, AND SLAUGHTERED THEIR LOVED ONES

She unleashed another wave of attacks but I jabbed my sword in the ground and suddenly came to a halt, she flew over me and landed a few metres behind with her sword in the ground

Jarrah: THE WORST PART

She spun her sword and it became a scythe with a chain, she threw it at me but I smashed it aside with the sword again, she flipped and the scythe with the chain came spinning back towards me

Jarrah: HE ENJOYED IT

Those three words made my heart lurched, I stumbled and the scythe stabbed me in the waist. I spat out blood and she threw me in the sky

Jarrah: Now DIE, LIKE HOW COMET DID

She unleashed her tentacles and they were soaring towards me. I floated in mid air and was frozen from shock

Darel:-in mind- its not true, Comet would never do that, no no no

Her tentacles smashed me down and I hit the ground hard, sending a shockwave through the terrain. I found myself in a dent with excruciating pain all over my body, mentally and physically

She walked up beside me

Jarrah: You are always the same, a weakling is always a weakling

My heart thumped against my chest, like it was trying to escape

She held her sword high above her head

Jarrah: Now die

I closed my eyes in frustration

I really am too weak, I am not like Comet

She pushed down her sword, I pinched my eyes. But then suddenly, Jarrah yelled in shock and when I opened my eyes, I realised her hands were missing and and her sword was flung aside

I slowly crawled up the dent and leaned against the wall

What the hell was that?

I healed myself using a spell I learned and stood up, Jarrah regenerated her arms and grabbed her sword

Jarrah: YOU WERE ALWAYS LUCKY

She threw the sword at me and I ducked

???: Fighting you for this long? That is never luck you f*&^

This presence, This Aura...

I looked up and saw a Teen standing in front of me, he held a glowing ice blue sword, He wore a hat, he only wore half of the jacket, and there was a bluish white aura floating around him, they were also sparkling like stars in space

He had long side bums

Jarrah: No it can't be...

The teen chuckled

???: True power is never lost, no matter how much you steal from it

This voice...

Hard like a rock but warm like the sun

Darel: No way...

Tears were welling up in my eyes

???: Yes Darel, I am back

Comet was back, somehow

FINALLY HE IS BACK
