An abbreviation we have all used and from time to time our parents have too. Sadly I cought on to my parents use before media could correct me. It has been about 5 or 6 year and I just recently was told it means laugh out loud.......... not lots of love.
Now just picture this:
It's an ordinary day and you are sitting on the couch scrolling through Instagram, or chatting with your friend, or on any sort of social media of your like. And someone posts/says "hahah lol."
To you this seems normal.
To me it is strange to just say "lots of love" out of nowhere. Like you don't know my life. I don't love you!
