Y/n's pov

I was with my ikran waiting for neteyam, I saw him finally coming up to me

"We can take my ikran there is no need to take yours. You will ride with me"

I was taken aback, I don't know why he wanted me to ride with him all of a sudden.

"Uh. Okay"

I heard neteyam call for his ikran

His ikran landed in front of us he patted the ikran's nose

"May I?" He held his hand out so I can take it

I took his hand, why was he being so nice.. like he was trying to impress me. That's weird he's never done that before, I took his hand in mine as he helped me get up on his ikran.

He soon got on after "I have a spot in mind."

I nodded as I felt him get behind me, he connected his queue to his ikran. The ikran took off flying over places, after flying for a while we landed

We were surrounded by trees, there was a little cave there. it was glowing on the inside

I looked at him confused we had never been here before

"I found this place on one of my missions" he smiled at me he got off and took my hand helping me get off

"I've never been here." I smiled at him

Neteyams pov

Her smile was so beautiful. She looked absolutely gorgeous

"I know. follow me."

She nodded following me

I took her inside the cave, the water was glowing a light blue, the cave had crystals on the inside

"It's beautiful tey.." I saw her face light up

"I love it."

"I'm glad you like it" I smiled at her and sat down putting my legs in the water

I watched her do the same

It was quiet, I looked over to her admiring her features and how she looked

"You look very. Beautiful."

I saw her blush "thank you neteyam"

She started to fidget around she seemed nervous

She looked over to me and scooted closer

I smiled softly at her movement
I noticed that a piece of her hair was out of place, I moved her chin and made her look at me

"I'm sorry you just have a stray hair and" I lightly pulled the hair back in place

Seeing her eyes look at me not breaking eye contact. Man she made me so nervous I can just kiss her, my eyes flickered to her lips. They looked soft I just needed to kiss them I leaned forward as she leaned forward too only to get interrupted by a voice

"Hey guys!" I heard a familiar voice boom. No it couldn't be it can't be

"Spider! You little shit!"
She laughed

"where have you been dude I missed you" she got up quickly

"I've been at the lab sorry for not visiting often norm needed me so he can run some tests."

She smiled at him "well everyone back home misses you, you better come back soon"

I don't miss him neither does my mother. If there was some other guy who always had y/n's attention it was spider. It was always spider. And now that I think about it even back then it made me jealous
