| chapter 18 |

it was the next morning, i woke up to a banging on the front door

"is it really that necessary to be banging my door down at 9 in the morning" i said

"yes open it" a recognizable voice said until i realized it was Gavi

i got up in my  hoodie and  pj pants and opened the door

my eyes were all swollen from crying seeing as I was doing that all night. I felt sick inside all night and I didnt know why

i looked like a  wreck.

"what do you want Gavi" i asked him

"what happened last night Alena?" he asked me concerned

"nothing Gavi"

"Alena your my sister i've known you since i was born i know when your lying so tell me now" he said demanding

"Well, me and Pedri have decided it's best to end things, so are you happy?" I told him feeling on the verge of tears once again

"Alena I swear I knew nothing about this"

"whatever it's over, can you go now please?" i asked nicely.

i just wasn't in the mood to talk. i was too tired and aswell heartbroken

he left and i shut my door. I forgot Pedris room was only a few rooms away from mine so when I went out onto the balcony I saw him sitting there on the balcony chair, with a girl next to him

he stared right at me. it took him a minute to realize it was me. but when he did his face turned blank.

i rolled my eyes at him as i went into bed. this gave me another reason to cry. my stomach was hurting me all night, i felt so sick. So sick I ran into the bathroom to throw up.

My room started knocking again.

"Gavi go away" i screamed as I was kneeling on the floor of the bathroom

"it's not Gavi" i heard which I recognized as Pedris voice straight away.

I got up and opened the door

"can i help you?" i asked

"i want to talk"

"i do not" i said back letting out a small laugh

"we've talked enough" i said as i was about to shut the door, but instead ran to the bathroom and threw up again.

he followed me into the bathroom and held my hair back for me.

once i was finished he brought me to my bed and gave me some water and a paracetomal.

"listen I know it's unusual but have you taken a pregnancy test? Just incase" he asked worried

millions of thoughts rushed into my head
there's no way i am pregnant
i'm only 19
i couldn't possibly be pregnant right now
and not a chance it's with Pedri aswell
that's impossible

"no.." i said

"our flight back is tonight , I think you should take one when you come home incase Alena"

i shook my head and turned away from him

i could feel his footsteps distance until I heard a door shut.

now all that was going through my head was me being possibly pregnant
