Suit (Part 2)

"Okay listen I-" I start but only to get cut off by her about to scream. I run towards her and cover her mouth with my hand.

Then I web the door shut.

"Who even let you in!?" I say with my hand still over her mouth and I don't realize until she lets out a muffled answer. I let go but not before mumbling an 'oh'.

"your mom," she says not muffled this time (yall gonna have a field day with this one)

"shit!" I run to my closet and grab some clothes and start to slip my suit down my torso.

"nice abs." Jenna blurts out randomly

"Turn around!" I whisper yell

"Sorry sorry."

I take the suit off and put on some sweatpants. 

"She's in the kitchen?" I ask as I walk to the door to peek out

"Y-yeah" I hear her stutter before I slip on my shirt

"Okay we will stay in here and I'll explain what you saw"

"Okay." she nods

After telling her everything she sat there taking everything in

"Is that why you have that cut" She points to the cut on my cheek

I nod "Yup. Got this badass scar from fighting a villain," 

"Awesome but also dangerous. How did you explain it to your mom?"

"Uh. She hasn't seen it yet..."

"Great."

"I'll just say it was from the bushes like I told you!" 

"Still mad you lied to me by the way."

"what was I supposed to say " Yeah this huge guy with swords and knifes cut me while I was fighting him and OH I'm a superhero" ?"

"Whatever" She giggles, making me laugh too

Suddenly the smile goes off of her face and she looks sad

"You okay?" 

"Yeah, it's just. I broke up with Liam because he was cheating on me with some random girl and I don't know why I didn't break up with him sooner because I'm really into y-" Jenna rambles but gets cut off by my mom coming in

"Y/N."

"Mom."

"I just came to tell you I'm back and I'm having someone over so-"

"Yeah we were just leaving," I say getting up 

"Thanks" She leaves and closes the door

"I probably should have put my suit on under these clothes. It's almost like the person writing me made a mistake and is too lazy to go back and change it." 

I grab my suit, go to the bathroom to do just that then come back

"Sorry, what were you gonna say?" 

"Nothing important" Jenna nervously says

"Okay ready to see me in action?" I ask Jenna lifting up my shirt and showing her my suit as she nods.

Jenna's POV

Now we were located on top of a not-too-high but high enough building

"So you just swing off this thing!?" I ask scared

"Yup." Y/N pulls her mask on and falls off the building

"HOLY SHIT! Y/N!" I say before she swings back up

"Okay, no need to expose my whole identity now. Come with me it's fun."

"Nope."

"Come on. I had no problem holding your guitar and that thing is almost taller than you." Y/N smirks

"Hey! Okay fine," I say and she grabs onto me tightly, causing me to blush

She jumps off and swings around as I grab onto her tightly, hiding my face in her shoulder.

After a while, we ended up back on the roof eating sandwiches

"So what were you gonna say earlier?" Y/N asks once again

I stop eating "I said nothing"

"I mean it was obviously something. You know you can talk to me right?" She grabs my cheek, making me look into her concerned beautiful eyes

"Y-yeah" I stutter

She tilts her head in a questioning manner "Do I make you nervous, Jenna?"

I stay quiet for a bit 

 The way she's looking at me. She looks at me with those eyes. The eyes that have always pulled me in. 

I didn't realize how far they pulled me in until our lips connected. I kissed her.

And she kissed back.

We pull back.

"Wow," she says with a smile

"Wow indeed." I smile with her

The air fills with comfortable silence until Y/N talks.

"You like me right and you didn't just do that because you wanted to play with me?" she asks unnecessary worried

"Yes, Y/N." I laugh

"Oh okay." she chuckles

After tapping her foot for a while

"Could we maybe do that agai-"

"Yes, Y/N" I laugh harder before I pull her in for another time and definitely not the last.
