Oh! (Jenna Ortega)

JENNA'S POV

"Hey, Y/N!" I say running up to her

"H-hey!" She says taking her wire out

"Whatcha listening to?" 

"Oh uh, I don't know, I got lost in my thoughts," She says pulling out her phone and checking it

"About what?" 

"oh, just school yeah."

"mhm," I say suspiciously

"whatever. why aren't you walking with your boyfriend?" She asks, changing the subject

Y/N'S POV

"what- YEAH oh he said he was going to meet me at school," Jenna says

Jenna started dating a boy named Parker about a week ago, which is weird because I didn't know him and Jenna never mentioned him before and they just started dating out of nowhere but as long as she's happy I guess. (relatable- author)

"cool," I say putting my right headphone in

"could I listen?" Jenna asks

"Of course," I say and she smiles then takes the left headphone, making her closer to me, the thought making me slightly blush.

As we make our way to school, we listen to the beautiful tunes of pyramids by frank ocean.

We arrived at school and I put away my headphones Jenna and I went to our lockers but ended up splitting up since we had different classes and she had to greet her boyfriend.

After the two classes without Jenna, we met at lunch and sat at a table.

"You guys are such a cute couple" Oh did I mention her friends and boyfriend were there?

"You guys should kiss it would be so cute. Don't you think so Y/N?" One of Jenna and I's friends say

 "yeah," I say not bothering to look up from my sketchbook, where I was drawing.

"No, we aren't kissing" Jenna laughs

"Aww why not" 

"Not in front of everyone," she says nervously

and they keep talking but I zone out of the dreadful conversation. It soon became the end of the day and I started walking home.

"Y/N!" I hear Jenna say

"yeah?" I slow down my walking so she can catch up

"Could I come over?"

"Of course, you always can." We walk for a bit until we make it to my house

We step into my house and my parents aren't there.

"My parents are at work right now so," I say and she nods

We go upstairs and I take off my bookbag and sit down on my bed and start drawing

"What are you drawing?"

"Nothing," I say closing my book

"mhm. What's on your mind?" She asks me scooting closer

"What do you mean?"

"You have been off lately."

I don't know maybe it's because I like you but you have a boyfriend.

"Have I?"

"Yes you have"

"What about you?" I ask suddenly

"What do you mean?"

"I mean you didn't tell me you were talking to anybody and then you just went and randomly started dating Harper."

"Parker-"

"Whatever his name is!"

"Fine, do you want to know the truth?"

"Yeah, Jenna, I do."

She stays silent for a bit until she speaks up

"I'm gay."

Now it's my turn to go silent.

"What?" I ask more confused than before

"I'm only dating Parker to hide that I'm gay from my parents because they started to get suspicious and everybody at school. Parker is doing the same," she says seriously

"W-why didn't you tell me?"

"Because I-I was scared. Everyone doesn't like people like Parker and me."

"Well, I do." I smile at her and she smiles back

(Probably because you're one of them dipshit duh.) 

"So you aren't dating Parker?" I ask cautiously

"Nope." she says popping the 'p'

"And he's aware of that?" 

"Yup,"

I suddenly grow a pair

"So that means that I could kiss you?"

her eyes widen and I get afraid that I made the wrong choice

"I mean what are you waiting for?" she looks down at my lips.

"I-I don't know"

She giggles and pulls me in by my shirt to connect her lips with mine.

I melt into her soft lips.

Our lips moved together perfectly.
