Chapter 2

I sit up from my bed when my alarm goes off.
Ughhh I hate school.
I get up from my bed and go to my closet I pick out a pair of black jeans and a red long sleeve shirt. I brush my Y/H/C hair out.
I go to the bathroom and brush my teeth.
I go back to my room and put on a pair of socks and my converses.
I run downstairs and fix my lunch.

Mom
"Good morning I made breakfast do you want something."

Y/n
"No thank you mama I have to get going before I'm late"

Mom
" Honey it's only 6:50. Why are you in a rush. Is there a boy you wanna talk to."

Y/n
"MOM no I just don't like being late I rather be early"

Mom
"Okey have fun sweetheart. I love you"

Y/n
" love you to mom"

I go out the door straight to my car and head to school.
On the way to school I stop at the Wheelers house to pick up Mike and Nancy.

Nancy
"Thank you for coming in on short notice. Sorry about that"

Y/n
"It's fine Nancy anything for my best friend"

Mike
"Ugh can we go already"

Y/n
"You in a rush Mike?"

Mike
"Yes I have to get to school for D&D"

Y/n
"Ok let's go then y'all got everything"

Mike and Nancy
"Yes"

Y/n
"Ok let's go then"

I drive us all to school.
Me and Nancy walk into school

Jonathan
"Hey hun"

Nancy
"Hey babe"

Y/n
"Ewww Im going to class now BYE"

Nancy
"Just wait Y/n someday you're going to be just like me and him."

Y/n
"Uhhhh i don't know how true that is NOT Nancy.!"

Nancy
"Whatever"

She says in a laughing tone"

Y/n
"Ok bye y'all I have to get to class"

Ok my first class is Math, freaking Math, I walk into first period and see Steve. He's hot but no.

Steve
"Hey y/n come sit with me."

He talks to me and I turn roses red.
I walk over to a seat beside him.

Steve
"So what are you doing after school"

Y/n
"I have to work why"

Steve
"Oh where you working"

Y/n
"Why are you asking me so many questions."

If I'm being honest I'm way smarter than him I'm 17 and I'm a Senior. Everyone asked me how I got to where I was and I can't say.

Steve
"Wow chill I was just curious. I always see you in class. Your the only girl that has not talk to me until l now."

Y/n
"I don't talk to my bsf exs"

Steve
"You are now"

Y/n
"Only because she told me I could"

Steve
"You really asked Nancy permission to talk to me"

Y/n
"Yes Steve"

The whole time we're talking i don't look at him.
The bell rings for first period to be over.

Y/n
"Thank God"

I whisper under my breath

Steve
"What did you say?"

Y/n
"Nothing"

I grab my bag and start to walk out.
I feel a hand wrap around my arm.
Someone pulled me into a room.
