Iron-dad and Spider-son Oneshots

The Sleepover-Part 3

"Our first stop is the Avengers museum. Here you will find things like old suits and artifacts from previous battles. Everything is very fragile and irreplaceable so you must be careful in here." The elevator stopped and everyone rushed out.

Ned rushed over to the spiderman exhibit, squealing with delight. Peter and MJ trailed behind sullenly. Suddenly, Peter heard a rumbling above and his spidey-sense warned him of an incoming attack. He moved himself and MJ away from the vent just as Natasha Romanoff dropped down from the ceiling. Everyone's heads turned toward to the assassin as she got up from her traditional pose. She looked around, assessing the situation, and then spotted Peter.

"Hey Pete," She said, "Aren't you supposed to be at school?"

"I'm-uh-on a field trip, Aunty Nat," Peter said quietly

"Ohhh. Ok, well, I'll just be going. See you at dinner." She walked out of the museum, leaving everyone staring at Peter.

"Okay, I think that's enough time in the museum!" Kassidy swooped in to save him, "Next, we can visit the training room, where there might be some avengers training!"

Everyone immediately forgot what had happened and filled the elevator. They went up a couple floors and came to the biggest training room. There, almost all of the avengers were training in pairs or individually. Bucky and Natasha sparring, Clint doing target practice, Wanda moving inanimate objects around the room, just basic stuff. Wanda looked out the window and yelled something. Everyone stopped moving and looked at the teenagers.

"Here we can see the avengers doing their basic training." Kassidy said "You may see some familiar faces, like The Black Widow and Captain America. You will all get a chance to meet them soon, as there will be an exclusive Q&A, as well as a pizza dinner in the Stark penthouse. For now, we'll go visit the intern labs and maybe even work on a project with them. After that is lunch, and then the Q&A, which should be pretty long."

Everyone got back into the elevator and they went up to intern lab 1 (out of 3). Almost immediately after Peter got out of the elevator, an intern rushed up to him and asked for advice on a project.

"Uh," Peter said, he made sure no one was paying attention to him, "your variable is wrong, the value of z should be 45." The intern nodded and walked back to her desk. Everyone went up to the interns' desks and asked them questions about the company or the project they were working on. Peter stood in a corner while interns walked up to him and asked questions about their projects.

"Okay, now we're going to have a small competition." Kassidy held up a bin full of spare parts, "The team who can make the best project out of the materials in this box, will win. You all may choose your teams, they should be 3 people."

MJ and Ned rushed over to Peter, and the trio went over to a workbench to brainstorm ideas. They ended up building a small replica of a mars rover, reeling in the first place. Flash looked as if he was about to explode, and Peter knew that if Flash did or said anything to him in the tower, he would have all of the avengers on his ass.

The class toured the upper intern labs, where some of the higher-level interns gave some presentations. All was moving along well until Dr. Bruce Banner walked in and noticed Peter.

"Pete?" Bruce said, "It's the middle of a school day, what are you doing here?"

"I'm on a field trip here. I swear I'm not skipping!" Peter replied panicked

"I believe you, Pete, Jeez." Bruce walked away to go wherever he was on his way to, as Peter let out a sigh of relief.

"Okay, everyone," Kassidy said "Lunch time!"
