-Olivia-
"So if the killer is recreating Woodsboro then we have to assume that someone with the last name Himbry is next," Gale said as she blew smoke out of her mouth. Her phone rang and she answered it quickly. "Hello... I'll have to call you back." She slammed the phone shut.
"That wouldn't explain the other deaths though," Olivia said. "Five other people were killed, why those five people?"
"Maybe it's a way to get us off the killers track?" Stu turned his head to look at Olivia. She couldn't accept it. Felt like too easy of an answer. When she was younger she loved reading mystery novels, playing clue, and Nancy Drew. She loved a good puzzle to solve but this puzzle was missing pieces and she didn't know if she'd every find them.
"Mickey did say sequels have a bigger body count," Billy said. "So what if these kills were just for the sake of killing?"
"That's horrible," Ashley shook her head as she picked at her fingernails. She was sitting on the grass leaning against Stu's leg. She hadn't given him an inch of space since she found Olivia and him walking together.
Gale brought her cigarette up to her lips and leaned forward, "That takes some major coordination. I mean killing up to four people in a night, making calls, and not being seem. Are we assuming this killer also has super speed?"
"These kind of people plan for months maybe even years before they strike," Billy said. "Neal killed five people in one night and almost got away with it all."
"Well some of us still don't fully believe he was working alone." Gale said.
Stu perked up, "Don't underestimate the mind of a psychopath, Miss Weathers. They have ways to get around... trust me."
"What if the other four killings were done by Paul? Paul and someone else? The copycat killer got annoyed with Paul and decided he was taking his thunder, so he offed him," Billy asked.
"Oh I got it! The killer thought Paul was annoying," Stu shrugged. "I for one wouldn't blame the guy."
"Stuey," Ashley nudged him. She looked disappointed in him. His little smile fell slightly. "He's dead." Ashley reminded him.
"Yeah and he was a total dick. Tried to kill, Olive, so it serves him right." Stu's eyes twinkled when they met Olivia's.
"Paul was in jail when Travis and Alicia were killed," Gale said said.
Olivia looked up at Gale, "Doesn't mean he didn't have an accomplice."
"What are you thinking?" Gale asked.
"Paul was talking with Derek the night he died. They got in a fight."
"You think Derek is a killer?" Ashley asked.
"It's an option," Olivia shrugged. "Can't take anyone off the list right?"
"But then what is there motive against your friends? Why attack them and go all out just to get to you?" Gale asked.
"Paul always hated Jamie." She said.
"Or is it what Paul told me," Gale said. "Can't take anyone off the list, right?"
Olivia's eyes narrowed as she continued staring at Gale. "Whatever he told you about me was a lie."
"Maybe so, but he sure believed it," She said. Olivia turned away from the reporter. She didn't need to explain herself. She was sick of the worst night of her life being used against her time and time again.
