CHP9-Ferocious Friendship

I woke the next day by my alarm.I finally for once felt not useless.I got ready and went downstairs for breakfast.My mother was cooking some coffee in a pot.
I sat down on the chair of the table and checked my phone.I got a few messages from Isabella.She was coming to my house to tell her about us.
"Izzy's coming over to tell you something."I said.
"Tell me something?"She said while giving me my coffee.
I nodded.

"What's that about?"She asked.
"You'll know when she comes."I said.
I was smilling again.
"Or-
"MOM STOP"I shouted embarassed.
"Ah,I think I know.Thats amazing.You have the best chemistry.You should be together.I know but I'd like to hear it from Isabella."

I smiled again.The doorbell rang,my mum opened the door.It was Isabella.

"Hi Izzy."My mum said.
"Hi Miss."She said.

"I came here to tell you something-
"I know."My mother said.
"You told her?"Isabella pointed at me.
"No?She came to know just now by herself."
"Anyway,I just wanted to say good luck to you both."
"Thank you mum but we're getting late.We have to leave."

I took my bag and left with Isabella.
We did not talk for a while because of the embarrassment I had to go through.She stopped and pierced my eyes.

"Hey?Why aren't you talking?"She said.
"It's nothing."I said.
"It's your mum isn't it?"She said.
I hesitated.
"All that matters she's happy for us."She said,while putting her hands around my neck.

"It's nothing like that"I said,I took her hands off my neck and held on to them gently.
"She knew it was coming."I said.
"If she does what's the problem in that?"She said.
"My mum absolutes loves you as much as I do,it was a bit embarassing."I said.
"You're so dramatic."She teased me.
"Come on,we'll be late."

We started walking again.We reached the school gate and we entered.We saw our friend group at our corner as always.

"Hello lovebirds."Said Katrina,while scrolling on her phone.

We both looked away while blushing hard.
"Ah-Stop-"I said hesitated and full of embarrassment.
"Fine, I will."

After a few minutes before the bell rings,
Bryan Jacobs came in,this time the girls were a bit calmed down but still simping.
"You don't like him do you Kat?"Louis said.
"I don't?Why?"Katrina replied.
"You're the only one who isn't taken."Louis replied
"So? Aren't you too?."Katrina said.

Bryan approached Isabella with a rose.
I was burning all over.
Isabella looked confused and disgusted.

"Hi,Isabella?We don't talk much but...-

"If you're asking me to prom I'm rejecting you,I'm going with someone else."She said and she grabbed my hand and went to class.

The whole school in the hallway started mocking him.Bryan threw the rose on the ground.I could hear Abigail laughing.
I was relieved that she was loyal to me.
But, maybe the whole school must've got the hint.
