Hello everyone, 

This is the first time I am talking with you guys so, first let me introduce myself- my name is Nandini Murthy and I am in my first year. Now coming to the reason as to why I haven't spoken with you all for so long is that this is a completely new environment for me so I was taking my time to adjust and accommodate myself.

Since I am here now let me fill you up with all the things that happened to me in the past few days .This college has been my dream college I have always wanted to secure my admission in this college solely on my merit and I did it, I entered the college with new hopes and excitement. 

oh let me tell you guys, that I am not exactly an introvert, I don't mind striking a conversation with a random stranger but I tend to overthink as to what if I am annoying them? So I refrain myself from talking much but you guys love me right so I can share anything with you all.

Let me come back to the story so as soon as I entered I saw the seniors ragging juniors I wanted to teach them a lesson but didn't want to be meddlesome so I walked on my way to the classroom just then a guy stopped me

Guy: Cant you see what is happening here?

Me: About what?

Guy: Cant you see all the juniors bowing to us and doing whatever we say?

Me: Yes I can clearly see you guys misusing your powers 

Guy: How dare you to talk like that with your seniors?

Me: so what if you are our seniors? it just means that you were born earlier than us and getting older honestly anyone who passes the college exam can become a senior so what is so great about being a senior? and why should I listen to evrything you say ?

Guy: do you think your life in college will be peaceful after messing up with me?

Me: I guess you need to know that I am not someone who is going to be scared of you and listen to you

Guy: looks like you are being fearless because of the number of people in this college and expecting them to protect but at least once I will find you alone, that time I will teach you a lesson remember my name Harshad I will make sure that your college life is bitter and unforgettable.

Me: Until you are in this college don't forget this lesson and you better not mess with me, Nandini Murthy in the future.

I could care less about his warning, I have seen a lot of people like him. As I was immersed in my thoughts I heard someone calling my name. i turned around and he introduced himself as Manik Malhotra my senior and I thought oh god not again 

But when he told me that he just wanted to appreciate me for standing up to Harshad I felt better not only because of his acknowledgement but also because I could see that he is a nice guy but I cannot be attached to anyone as I fear they will leave me so I kept the conversation short and left from there

Now its been a month since our college started and can you believe I have already got an opportunity to attend one of the biggest workshop conducted in a college. I have no clue on what basis they have selected the students a only 1 student from each year is going to attend the workshop anyways I am over the moon to be able to attend this workshop.

This workshop is such a golden chance for me to expand my knowledge, I can explore different cultures in the world. I love knowing about the thought process of each designer when they design a particularly design or choose a color, I love how they pay attention to every miniscule detail and the outcome is so beautiful. So this opportunity is a huge boost to my career. Its going to be a 2  days trip so I packed accordingly.

Finally today we arrived to the place where we will be staying for 2 days but I forgot to tell you guys that I met Manik again, he initiated the conversation with me and I was happy that someone was talking with me but we had to leave to our rooms so this time also the conversation was short. 

*Notification sound*

Guys I apologize for leaving in between and going out but let me tell you guys that this day also has an eventful end so our professor had called us to divide into teams and guess what I am paired with Manik looks like this trip is gong to be interesting.
