"Do we really have to do this, Iris?" Flo asked as they walked through Diagon Alley. Usually, it's very hot in the Alley because the heat can't escape. The many shoppers and packed high buildings stacked next to each other made it seem very compact, almost like everything was going to collapse on itself. Now, the Alley was deserted. The sun had just come up, but you could still feel the cold from the prior night.

"The brothers are never going to give back the Bunny voluntarily." Iris said as they turned the corner, into Knockturn Alley.

Iris had a mission: bring back Mister Bunny to Colette, Iris's five year old neighbour, from the Alley's very own troublemakers. The brother's Horsetail were the sons of one of the shop owners in Knockturn Alley. Many wizards feared entering such a space. Bad wizards and witches scattered around every corner. Nevertheless, Iris was determined to go get Mister Bunny.

The three brothers were known to every shop vendor and many held their breath when they walked down the alley. They would steal some things here and there and would start fights with other children out of nowhere. Unfortunately, this happened to little Colette the day prior and Iris was determined to get her little plushy back.

Flo stayed close to Iris the moment they turned into Knockturn Alley. Iris' bedroom window looked out into the Alley. This way, she knew which corners to avoid, and most importantly, who to avoid (which was almost any person there). The streets felt cold and dark. The buildings were even more close to each other than Diagon Alley. Mud and dirt was everywhere, but there weren't that many people to Flo's relief.

"We can still get it back another time? Or you can make her a new one?"

Iris pulled Flo into a small indent of the street. "Colette was obsessed with Mister Bunny. I heard her cry the entire night, Flo. We need to get it back."

Flo protested, but Iris continued nevertheless. "This is the plan. When we arrive at the house, I'm going to climb through the window and get it. You are on watch and make sure no one suspects something or sees anything."

"What if someone comes up to me?" What do I...?"

Iris pulled a large wooden bat from under her cloak. "You scream and use this."

"How did you even get that?" Flo asked as she crossed her arms.

"Grabbed it from Oliver's wardrobe. He doesn't hide it very well." Iris pushed it into her arms and they continued.

The house of the Horsetails looked grim with its black cobblestone and moss-coloured brick walls. Every window was covered with black curtains and dead flowers hung out the window sills. Iris could see that Flo was afraid and grabbed her by the shoulders. "Nothing is going to happen. The moment that something does, we will run out of here. I promise."

Flo sighed. "Alright, but be careful. Those brothers can be dangerous."

"I will, I'm not stupid, you know."

"I'm stupid for coming with you. Now, get in there before I'm going to regret it."

Flo is a wonderful friend. Her father works in the Leaky Cauldron as a bartender and her mother works at the ministry. She is one year younger than her, but was wise beyond her years, in Iris' opinion. She is the more reasonable one of the two, and always tries to find the smarter way to get out of trouble, but eventually always goes along with Iris's craziness. She claims that she comes to keep her out of trouble, but honestly, she also likes the thrill of it.

"Come on, help me up."

Flo gave Iris a push up and Iris grabbed the drain pipes. She pulled and grabbed at every surface she could grab onto. Pulling up the window and pulling the black curtains aside, she made her way inside the house.
