Epilogue
He was dissapreaing much faster than anticipated. He looked at his hand, half gone, not like any mortal could see it beforehand anyway. He felt bad, for not teaching the young pup all his skills.
Yet he did not have the power to reach out to him, to tell him, to talk to him. He was using all his energy not to fade right there and then on the spot.
He knew that the young apprentice longer to see the shiny golden ember of a wolf Infront of him again, but both knew that would never happen.

The armoured Darknut like ghostman sat on the empty waters of The Connection. He wished for freedom, cursing the goddess in her name as he had hoped 500 years ago, that he had fulfilled his duty as 'Hero' After Gannon and Majora where eradicated for the time being that he would be free.
He could not help the new hero fight Gannondorf head on when the time came, but he was allowed to teach him. Now he just wanted human interaction again.
The years in-between his demise and the birth of the new hero where short and felt fast. Now, that he could still feel the hero, it felt long and painful.
Not to mention he was slowly fading away from existence.
Of course, he had the Twilight Princess, Midna, looking over him and helping him as Hylia refused. She gave him some life, but now the mirror was broken, the life she had given him was slipping away. And he hated it.
Yes you may think, 'oh, after all these years, why won't he just die? He wants too anyway.'
Well, After this, he will be reborn, not get to live with his family in the afterlife, he wasent there yet.
And he longed to be with his Wife, children, Zelda, Saria, all his friends where waiting for him. And he could not leave.
He tried, so so hard to reach out to Midna, them or the boy but it was to no avail.
And now you know why he's sitting on the watery floor, of a watery room.
