JUST ONCE

There was a town where nobody should be up after 1 am

But there was a group of teens that just didn't want to listen

What was the worst that could happen?

Not like anyone would be up since they feared to easily...

The girl kept insisting and persisting

Let's just go out

Forget everything... Just once

The boys were not too sure

Scepticism went through them

What if they get caught?

What if they get lost?

Or something... Happens?

But they wanted to be seen as men

They all went out after 12:56pm

Ready

Go

They went

Everything was silent

Dead quiet

Not even the crickets were making a sound

One of them had a watch and saw that in 45 seconds it would be 1 am

Nerve wrecking

Those seconds felt like minutes

One of the boys were excited

What a thrill to break a law at least that's how it felt

The other boy tried to laugh it off not showing his nerves were all over

The girl began to jumped for joy for being out after the hour they were meant to be in bed

They were walking around the corner

The boy checked his watch again

2 seconds left

Suddenly they all heard it

A sound almost like a vicious animal with a demonic voice

But where did it come from

The girl held on to one of the boys

The other almost tripped

Not knowing what was out there

The other boy froze his adrenaline froze

What could they do?

Who could they ask for help?

Then again that sound sounded closer almost at their ear

But what was doing that

Then they saw it

Crawling against the wall

A darken outline that was staring directly at them

It's eyes glowed reddish gold

They all froze

Not knowing what to do

What could they do?

Not even screaming would they have an opportunity to escape

Suddenly it jumped straight in-between them

The thing drained all of them in one instant

Didn't they feed it

Curiosity... You might want to...not be so —curious late at night
