Part 20

"Guys this is Buck, Buck this is Jacob and the short one's-"

Buck cuts him off, "Bryce?"

Ace nods. "Yeah, you two know each other already?"

"Something like that," he says, taking a seat beside Jacob.

Ace sits beside me. Jacob looks over to me and mouths "you good" I just nod and smile.

"So, how'd you two meet?" Jacob asks, staring Bryce down.

"A football game, the other night, I thought Ace was really cute so I walked up and asked him out."

Jacob smiles, then looks at me at me and mouths "I don't like him" and I mouth back "Me too"

Buck looks at me, "So Bryce, what about you and Jaden? How'd y'all meet?"

"His name's Jacob, and we met in the hallway at school because I wasn't paying attention to where I was walking."

"Sounds like every rom-com ever," Buck laughs.

"That's what I said," Ace laughs.

Once we all order, Buck gets up to use the restroom.

Ace slides closer to me.

"Don't y'all just love him?"

I look at Jacob. Jacob looks at me. We both laugh.

"Love him? More like shove him. Preferably out of a plane," Jacob says, with a smile.

"Jacob, have some decency, I definitely don't like him even a little bit, but I don't want to shove him out of a plane, but I would like to maybe never see him again, but if you like, I guess I'll deal with it."

Ace smiles, "I'm so glad you guys like him," he says with a fake smile.

"Bathrooms here are brutal, I just got punched by some dude cutting in line," Buck's voice booms from behind me.

Buck takes his seat beside Jacob. We continue to learn more about each other. All we really learned from Buck is that he's dumb, like really dumb. But, of course I already knew that, because that's the exact reason I broke up with him. Ace doesn't know about that though, and I never plan on telling him.

We are getting ready to leave and suddenly there's a change in Jacob's facial expression. Almost like he's flustered. I look at Buck, who has been hardcore flirting with Jacob all night, instead of Ace. But, Ace didn't seem to care, hell he didn't even seem to notice, he just sat there and swooned over him all night.

When we stand up, I immediately walk to Jacob and grab his hand. He looks down at me.

"Somebody jealous?"

JEALOUS?!?! Do I look like the jealous type? No! I do not! I am not jealous.

I shake my head and wrap his arm around me. Buck glares at me the whole time.

When we get outside, we hug Ace and Buck goodbye. Ace walks back to his car while we say our very "friendly" goodbye to Buck.

Buck hugs Jacob for a little too long. Buck's hands slide down Jacob's back and squeeze his ass. I jump up and run over.

"Nice seeing you again Buck."

Jacob looks at me and smirks. He thinks this is funny.

"Yeah, you too, babe."

BABE???!!! Does he not have a boyfriend sitting in the car right NOW??!?!??!?!

He hugs me and walks off.

I stomp over to the car and right as I go to open the door, Jacob's hands are on my hips, pulling me into him.

"So, what's your deal with him?"
