Ok so wtf is going on, they're all already there? And what was the monk idiot telling me..? Oh well let's go and find out. I'll tale some drinks with me too.

Entering Isagi's dorm I see everyone is sitting there in a circle gravely. Please don't tell me they fought again. "Ah Y/n you're here, come sit." says Isagi dragging me to the middle as the drinks are shared and everyone turns towards me. "Why do I feel like I'm being confronted?" "Because you are." says Gagamaru from the corner.

"Ok, so" Isagi starts "You've been practising with Kaiser, in the match you played against him, you buy him snacks and then I heard yesterday you went out with him yesterday...

Y/n is he blackmailing you?" Huh..? What- "Pffft- noo whattt that's the conclusion you came upto? No no, hear me out.. Noa told me to pair up with him for the matches so we had to practice together, the snacks were as an apology? And yesterday was because.. You. All. Vanished. Without. Me." I glare at them. Yes it was my turn to be pissed and soft mutters of sorries come. These idiots. "Are you sure it's only that.?" Kurona asks. "Wdym? Ofcc" What does he mean now. "How about I promise to play on your side for today's practice game?" I ask and they scream in excitement.

So apparently these guys have practice matches after some time regularly. The first one I was absent and the second one was missed due to me and Kaiser practicing. Apparently all the players play so that the benched players get some match experience too. Yeahh I'm pretty sure it's unofficial, this isn't like blue lock. Ego is a jerk.

In the evening at match:
Kaiser's POV:
Ah I wanted to try out the other strategy which we couldn't use in the match last time with Y/n. Good we get to do that again. I mean with us both and Ness on my side obviously we're winning, why should the commoners even try?
I walk over to check the teams on the paper. Huh?

"Huh? You did a mistake. Y/n is on my team." I say as I walk over to the seated players. "Uh.. actually I'm playing today on Isagi's side" Y/n says as she's tying her up her shoelace. What..? What is she thinking..?

Y/n POV:
The match goes ahead and is fairly peaceful for once. "Isagi you can't even beat me in a practice match" says Kaiser as he goes up to Isagi as Isagi looks a bit demotivated. I should help.. "Well, I'd say he beat you pretty neat in the last match." I say moving over as Kaiser stares at me coldly. Is he mad from yesterday..?

The match goes ahead with a tie 2-2 and everyone is too tired to really continue so we just go over and sit on the bleachers when I feel someone tug me up and slam me on the wall. "Tf!? Ouch.." I say as I look up to see a furious Kaiser. "What the hell dude..?"

"No, I demand an explanation. Are you just taking me lightly or do I mean nothing to you?" he says in a cold tone. What..? He continues "First we're at each other's throats in the start, then we gradually become closer, you go ahead to patronise me with the friendship talk, then you drag me along to an arcade and when I think we're actually having fun you take me just to meet up with another guy, but then you send me sweet gifts and then you today proceed to play on Isagi's side and also support him? What the hell are you doing to me...?"

This is my fault.. I didn't think he'd be this sensitive.. I should explain but the others looking at us is a bit uncomfortable "I'm sorry.. let's go to my room and talk..?"

We enter my room and seat ourselves as he still treats me coldly, "I'm sorry.. about everything. Yesterday I did want to spend time with you.. Others not being free was just an excuse.. and today my friends were asking if something was wrong so I offered to play with them. I should've told you before, I'm sorry. You don't know how much you confuse me either. So high and mighty, and you never get shy either. I don't know if I even get through to you" before I can finish I'm pulled into a hug. "Uhh.. Are y-you ok?" Fuck. My heart-

"Just stay like this for a bit." he says. Hah this is comfortable. It's warm. As he pulls away his face is red too.
"I do get shy you know? You're the first one that makes me act like this.. tell me whatever you plan next time. I don't like being left alone. And uh yeah, I'm sorry too." he says as he leaves. Did that just happen..? I think I might like Michael Kaiser..? Germany's biggest prick.

"So what was all that about?" Ness asks. Maybe I should get new friends. Why is he the only one I seem to be talking to- "Nothing. It's all sorted. And I think you were right..."
