Diego's POV
it's been a month since daniela's accident with kevin , her stitches have gotten better and pretty much she's fully healed .
we've gotten a lot closer tho and today i'm gonna ask her to be my girlfriend. yes i'm very nervous but the guys except kevin are helping me because kevin can't keep his mouth shut for shit . last time i told him about something important he went fucking facebook live and talked about it like my abuelita back in villahermosa.
it was currently 8:29am and i'm just getting dressed for the day , nothing too crazy until later so i just threw on a blue shirt and some sweatpants since it was kind of windy today.
i'm gonna take her out to eat and have her think it's like a normal date and when we leave i'm just gonna ask her and hope she says yes. now the original plan was to ask her with a poster but her fricking dog drooled all over the poster and it had so much pelos on it so we just threw it away.
i had 3 places in mind i wanted to take her but then i ended up picking the most expensive restaurant to take her too, i quickly pulled out my phone and dialed the number as it rang.

Daniela's POV
today i was going on another date with diego , we were pretty much like in a talking stage right now, but everyone was acting weird today except for kevin , so i just hung out with him the whole day , i still had a couple hours till the date so me and kevin went to the park down the block.
we were currently walking when we suddenly ran into el paletero, kevin whined to me asking if he could get an ice cream or a popsicle and after a while i said yes .
"hola don miguel cómo está" i said making a small conversation.
"hola mijah , bien bien y ustedes " he asked.
"muy bien también" kevin said as he was getting impatient.
"me puede dar una paleta de mango porfas, y para mi, me da una paleta de sandía " i told the paletero as he grabbed them from his little tray or wtv it's called.
"una paleta de mango pa usted mijo" he said giving kevin his paleta as he was so excited.
"gracias don miguel"
"y una paleta de sandía pa usted mija" he said as i grabbed it and gave him 20 pesos.
"quedase con el dinero don miguel , se lo merece " i said as he grabbed the money.
"muchas gracias mija que dios los bendiga" he said as we walked away.
me and kevin walked down the street until we ran into this crusty white dog, i immediately knew who's dog it was due too the bald spot on the dogs butt...
"pinche perro cochino vete pa tu casa cesar" i said as me and kevin walked past it.
"yeah vete pa tu casa cochino" kevin said sticking his tongue out at it as it started barking at him.
"meow meow meow" kevin said trying to mimic the dog but made cat noises.
"kevin that's a cat not a dog hurry up let's go before we get yelled at by doña rosie "
"ok ok let's go" he said as we finally made it to the park after a couple minutes.
me and kevin were just chilling on the swings and spilling the tea when all of a sudden a little girl around the age of 5 came up to us , she was wearing a cute little blue overall and some black shoes with her hair in 2 little pigtails with cute white bows .
"puedo usar el columpio " she asked kevin as kevin looked at me.
"si dame un momento" kevin said as he tried not to laugh looking at me.
"apurale huevon que quiero usar el columpio" she said as kevin gasped.
"mira mocosa yo no te voy a dar nada si me sigues hablando así bocona" kevin said as she gave him the side eye.
"pues no crees que estás muy grande para andar paseándote en el columpio" she said with attitude.
"no chamaca no creo pero no crees que tienes la boca muy grande para andar hablándome así? onde están tus papás " kevin asked giving her a side eye too.
"a ti que te importa, que no tienes que ir a trabajar , vete a plantar tus plantitas con tu sombrero cochino" she said as i gasped.
"porque no te vas a la escuela a estudiar chamaquita, yo no soy tu perro para que me andes dando órdenes " kevin said as she gave him the stank eye.
"ay ya callate que me tienes harta " she said as she walked away.
"no mames kevin ain't no way you just argued w a little girl" i said while laughing.
"whattt she was the one who came up too me first and then she started it so technically it's not my fault it's that little bitches fault " he said as he was still giving her the side eye.
"okay let's just go cuz bitch imma take forever to get ready and we're going to this fancy ass restaurant " i said as i quickly covered my mouth as Diego told me not to tell Kevin.
"huh??" he said as he was giving me the look of confusion and a smile.
"nada nada forget it but i'm going out tonight" i said nervously.
"liarrrr you're going out with diegooo , why do y'all always keep stuff from me" he said rolling his eyes.
"ouu kevin only if you weren't always a crackhead" i said thinking ab the stuff from the past.
