Prologue

~* Differences yet compatible *~

Laying on my bed in a dull dark night.
I tried to fall asleep like when I was human but I can't get that deep slumber.
maybe when I die I can get that sleep I want.

I have nothing to live for...

That was I think I wanted before Renesmee became part of the family.

She was the daughter / little sister I always wanted before and I will protect her no matter what happens.

My name is Alexandra Knight or was now I'm Alexandra Cullen.
I have natural red hair and it's waist long.
I am British and I was a healer.
I unfortunately died when an emissary killed me when I was tending to a child who was bleeding by a gunshot.

Carlisle was a dear friend of my father and I knew he was a vampire. He was the one who turned me and in one unforgettable night is that night...

I met him....

I remember his brown hair, his tall posture, his ruby red eyes, but I will always remember his voice.

He was very peculiar for a patriot he's a very hot headed man that is the funny part.

At first I thought he was good man but then he criticized my race.

My English blood.

And so for that day forward we both hated each other and each war we always met.

It may be fate or destiny's choice but I don't believe in that scenarios.

But the best one is that time with Custer.

I remembered how shirty he was.

"You know no matter what you do it won't work" Emmett said

I swished my hand a little snow came in contact with that deliberately caused the door to close and frozen.

"You need to come with us"
"Us?"
"Rosalie and me"
"Where?"
"To find him"
"Him...him?"
"Yes, him...him"

I opened both my eyes immediately when Emmett said that and the only thing that runs into my mind is no I don't want to see that knob head git of a critic.

"I think I'll pass Emmett I'm tired"
"Carlisle told me to use force if you don't want to" he threatened me
"Is that a threat my dearest brother"
"Suit your self"

I closed my eyes again and thought that muscles is gone yes I called him muscles because of his muscles alright.

My door broke and I immediately stood up and tried to run but Emmett is to strong so I give up.

He brought me downstairs like I'm a sack of potatoes.

"You know muscles you can put me down now because I can walk."
"No can do Icy you'll run off like the last time."
"I promise I won't...please. "

"Don't release her Emmett you know what she can do." Carlisle said
"Well I hate being handled like this Carlisle." I looked at him on my left shoulder
"I know but you need to find him for me, we need him Alex."
"I know, why is it has to be me being the chaperone again."

Well yes again because I was with Edward and Bella the other day then I was asked to babysit Renesmee and Jacob and now I'm with Muscles and Rosalie.

"Well because I knew that you can find him easily. What I'm saying is..."
"Yes I know that will save more time to find other allies. Okay, okay it's like I can escape this Muscles. "
Pointing at Emmett's arms.

"Now go and be safe. " Carlisle said
"Yes, father. " I smirked at him because he finds it a little weird me calling him father.

"I'll drive Muscles."
"Okay Icy."

We had searched for the whole evening and we can't find that maggot.
Then someone was singing horribly, then I caught his scent.

"He's there Rosalie" I pointed at the alleyway

We saw him strangling a man by his throat.

"Shut up, I hated the first British invasion, I hated the second even more."

"Even the Beatles? Really Garrett ."
"Old habits die hard." he said

That freaking voice that always sents shivers to me. Good thing I hid somewhere he won't see me and also I borrowed Rosalie's coat.

"Carlisle needs you." Rosalie said

He released the man and said
"Sounds interesting..."
The man screamed for help
"But first I must finish my meal."

After that "meal" of his, he approached Rosalie and Emmett. They left me on the alleyway seriously and approached the car.

"Who are we waiting for?" he asked
I thought he saw me...but he didn't

Rosalie hopped in the back of the car and Emmett pointed at me then follow suits Rosalie.

"Me, you tall git." I literally bumped him.
"Sorry didn't see you midget." he said smirking
"Shut up you manky wanker just get in so I could rest."

After a few minutes of silence I turned on the radio and Friday I'm in love by the cure is playing on the radio (AN: love that song literally) then that knob changed the station that plays sweet child o' mine by guns n' roses.

I changed it back to the cure
Then he changed it back to guns n' roses

We made that a few more times until I pressed it hard that it broke.

"Look what you made me do, you git!"
"I'm not the who pressed it that it eventually broke"
"Shut up! Maggot " I said
"No you shut up"
"Both of you shut up!" Rosalie said looking at me then back to Garrett.

This war will be very difficult to handle because this is the first time that both of us are allies.

And I am not a fan of it.
