*~ Story of Us *~
Carlisle's POV
"But something happened that both of them can't forgive each other." I said
"But how come?" Bella asked and I saw confusion all over there faces.
*sighs* why it has to be me to tell the story of those two. I checked for a minute if Garrett is here and luckily he's nowhere to be seen.
"In 1800 after years of the Siege of Yorktown there was a gathering of our kinds and hosted by yours truly 'Me' ."
Alex's POV (AN: It's best if Alex and Garrett will tell their story :D )
I had finished my 'meal' when I saw the moonlight was so pretty. I sat on a tree trunk and admire the moonlight illuminated the dark forest. For that I remember the day I first met him. A man that no matter where I am or what I do he's always there.
~* Flashback *~
Bright lights, Dresses, Glasses of 'wine'
Carlisle had hosted a ball after the battle of Yorktown. And I'm so freaking bored all they do was talk, dance, drink or even flirt and it's a bit irritating. So I stood up on a corner where others won't notice me, and not only that my dress is too tight that I don't think moving around will ease it.
Ohhh and I'm not a damsel in distress I just don't like gatherings it's pretty not that exciting. Some gentlemen will asked me to dance but I always refused because I don't know, I don't feel like dancing tonight. *sighs* maybe I'll find Carlisle and asked if I can retire to my chambers so that I can do something useful by creating some notes on Carlisle's past studies.
I passed through a huge crowd, and yes a HUGE CROWD. I tried to find Carlisle when someone deliberately bumped at me. I mean literally with an intention to bumped at me. I loss my balance but the 'bumper man' hastily holds my waist with his right hand and the left hand was on my right hand. I was looking at the ground and said.
"What the bloody hell are you..." I cut off the words I supposed to say when I saw him. He was so breathtaking then he twirled us around and said.
"Care for a dance my lady?" he said grinning and eventually I had no choice but to dance with this 'bumper man'.
"Well we are dancing." I said smiling
"Ohh, Is it?" he said
"That was quite a performance for a man to ask a lady to a dance."
"Well its just you look gloomy on that corner Alexandra." he said pointing at the corner where I stood earlier.
"So you're a stalker?"
"There's no stalker as handsome as I am you know that." he said
"But seriously how did you know my name?"
"Well Carlisle told me."
Ohh so he was the one Carlisle's talking about. After half an hour of talking about weird and silly things I asked him about his name and he said was.
"That is for you to find out Alexandra." grabbing my right hand and gave it a light kiss on my knuckles.
"Oh okay, maybe I'll call you 'bumper man' or maybe 'stalker man who intentionally bumped at me who wanted to ask me for a dance."
Both of us laughed when Carlisle saw us and approached both of us.
"Carlisle who is he?" I asked and pointing at 'bumper man'.
"That's Garrett and his the one I told you about."
"Yes, I know but I'll call him 'bumper man'. "
We started as good friends more like best friends but all of those falls down when he met Mirabelle. She was gorgeous but a drop dead idiot and that bloody wanker hates me so much ever since.
Mirabelle cheated him ever since before the battle of little big horn, and that bloody idiot Garrett doesn't believe me that leads to a huge fight that leads to killing my only friend Arden, that leads to the battle of little big horn and the rest is history.
Garrett's POV (AN: YAY! :D )
When she left the house I followed her into the forest and saw her on a tree trunk admiring the scenery. Its been a while since I done this before which what she called stalking.
The first time we met was truly magical as they say because the first time I laid my eyes on her I know that I love her before I met her. And so I asked Carlisle who was she and he said she's Alexandra. There I took my chances for her to notice me and it actually work.
And for the past few years we became best of friends but all of that leads to a certain human named Arden. Mainly because he was very fascinated in immortality that he nearly endangered her life and the whole vampire race. But no she didn't listen she said that he was trustworthy. And so the whole fight started.
Carlisle's POV
"So all of this fuss started with those misunderstood conflict." Bella said
"Yes, but that's not all both of them are literally scared of each others feeling."
"So they know that they were destined to each other?" Rosalie said
"Yes, they know about that. Let's say they're both a huge rock that no matter how hard the river flows they just doesn't tumble easily."
"But both of them can sink" Esme said
"Yes, and I'm waiting for that day to come." I said and kissed my lovely wife's forehead.
