Lost Memories [Pantalone x Dottore] Season 2

Pantalone who feels lightheaded needing a moment to compose himself but soon enough he straightens his posture again as himself leans back in the seat aswell "that man with the white hair...I held his hand once before as we were walking. There was another man who was dying...I don't know who he was but he pulled me close to him to protect me...to keep me safe in his arms...I felt safe and cared for in that moment yet very sad all at once and there was another. I was dancing with him but we seemed to be friends so it was nothing romantic."

Dottore knows all the awnsers to that so he just nods along when Pantalone tells him everything "try and forget about Daemon. He is not of importance... Dimitri died protecting you yes, He was your best friend at the time. The last one is Lucio. You had a great bond with him up until you lost your memories"

"Can I see him?"

Dottore his words get stuck in the back of his troath so he gives a single nod "I can arange that for you yes...could you give me a couple of days for that?"

Pantalone nods looking down before he wipes the access blood away since the bleeding has stopped. "Thank you...thank you in general for wanting to help me despite me being your ex? I know it must be hard to do this after our break up ..."

Hearing Pantalone say that Dottore remains silent knowing it is far more then just a break up...Pantalone died in his arms right after they got married "is there..." he lets out a deep sigh feeling his heart ache again so he needs a moment to accually be able to speak again "is there anything else you want to ask me?"

The man gives the other a nod clasping his hands together and puts them on the table "the feast I was at was big...what kind of feast was it?"

Dottore does not know if he should laugh or cry in the moment having zero clue how to explain this so he will be blunt to get the awnser across clearly "you were rich before you lost your memories..the richest man in teyvat. Each year during christmas you would throw a feast like that. That night I-..." he refrains himself from continueing further not wanting to tell the other he proposed that night yet he knows he owes Pantalone the truth.

"I-?"

"I proposed but that does not matter since not long after we seperated...that did not lead to your memory loss...we got back together eventually but..."

"So our love must have been strong" Pantalone interupts the other but seeing Dottore so awkward and uncomfortable he stands up and fixes his own clothing giving him a kind smile hoping to clear up the awkward tension "enough about my memories... our memories...let us take a walk" he spoke trying to get the other his thoughts of the subject aswell.

Dottore is confused where to walk to since if he is spotted with Pantalone they all will think he brought him back which is not the case as Dottore is stll trying to figure out himself who brought him back. The doctor would stand up aswell and give thebother a small polite smile "I will tend to your mother in law. Perhaps another time?"

Pantalone seems upset yet he grows flustered with a blush covering his cheeks once he realises what the doctor said "I am not engaged..."
He spoke and in truth...knowing now that Dottore was his love before, knowing they got or were supposed to get married before he lost his memories makes things, his feelings rather complicated. "Another time then-..." with that Pantalone would walk away to go on a walk himself.

Dottore swiftly shapeshifts into Yelena and catches up with Pantalone wrapping his arm around Pantalone his arm "where are you off to?" He truely hated that he has to do this job alone yet he cannot risk his clone messing things up again...yes he wanted for Pantalone to hate Yelena and for him to leave her but not by inflicting harm on others...that surely is new for Dottore to do it that way...
