Dear Diary,
The early 20's are a really weird stage of life for nearly every individual. There are days when we feel like everything is going well and in the very next moment, we'll be crying over an issue which overlooked earlier. There are days when we feel we are making progress in our specific fields but, in the very next moment, we feel like we are not doing enough. Sometimes we want to do everything all at once but in the next moment we just want a peaceful sleep. Thousands of thoughts of varied kinds keep twirling and circling in our brains. Sometimes we literally ask God that why he didn't install an undo button somewhere in our brains because we just want to shut down a particular part of our brain responsible for all kinds of weird thoughts. Not to mention our overthinking is at its very best during the early teenage years. Through this diary I just want to let everyone in their early 20's know that they are not alone and when things get out of control, it's always advisable to talk to an experienced person.
