Chapter 5: The Confession

Jack and Kevin has been staying in the park for quite awhile until the sunset and the sky is now purple. Kevin looked up to the sky, admiring the color of it. "Woah.." He exclaim softly. Jack laughs a bit and noticed an empty area by the corner. He used to hear news, saying that couples, even celebrities couples, used to confess or even propose in there-! And even a lot said that this unwanted corner has the power to bring them together. The owner heard about it a lot and decided to put a sign next to it, where it said: "For the couples: Feel free to propose or confess. It's free and made from love-!"

That when Jack decided it's time. He grabbed Kevin's hand and quickly runs to that place. Kevin looks around, as if he never seen this area. "Ja-Jack-? Where are we-?" He ask, a bit scared. Jack looks at Kevin. He didn't answered though. He slowly inhales and exhales.

"Ke-Kevin-? There is.. Something I wanna ask." He said. Kevin looks at him and suddenly stop being scared. "Y-You want something-?" He nervously ask. Jack secretly grabs some flowers while Kevin isn't looking, nervously yet determine to ask him. "I know.. We just started to be friends and getting along but.. I just want to.. You know." He said, nervously smiling. Kevin kept on looking at him, confused. "I- I don't get it." He said.

"Look.." He said as gently holds one of Kevin's hands.

"It's hard for me to even.. Say this but.. When I first saw you, to be honest, I don't trust you because of all the troubles you caused-"

"Blame the kids." Kevin thought.

"But now-?" Jack continues. "I think that your not really that bad. I dunno why, but.. it's just how I felt.. After I became friends with you. I felt this.. feeling that making me want to.. Level up our status." He said as he smiles at Kevin. Kevin blushes a bit "A-A-Are you gonna ask me what I'm thinking of right now-??" He said, thinking it's a joke. "Kevin.." Jack said as he kneels down In one knee, showing the flowers.
