Falling From The Stars

Chapter 2 - The Meeting

I boarded the bus with a gut feeling on my stomach.If anything could go wrong it was the presence of Samya and Tanza on the bus.Tanza was my once primary school buddy who unfortunately was also in my university and Samya was my enem-  no no my FRIEND.I hate them with all my heart.

"Heyyyyy"Samya screamed

I so wanted to punch her but my mom had told me not to behave so I contended myself by forcing myself to smile SWEETLY.

I entered the classroom wishing everybody,and sat down waiting for my friends.Though I love to consider everyone my friends still there are some specific ones.The one at the very top is Astra,my best friend since we were in diapers.Actually she and I were born in the same hospital and we got exchanged.That's how our mom's met and became best friends and thanks to them we also became best friends.Astra has been there for me since the time we had our senses.She is practically my unbiological sister.She is a little short-tempered and cute little baby trapped in a teenager's body who thinks herself as a queen.

Next comes Leisha,the caring mom of our group.She has medium lenghth hair with fair skin.She is  also the most beautiful one in our group with several boys in our university crushing over her.

Pacen was a topper among us.That boy knew nothing  besides studies.He was a straight A student.Unlike his brother,Pace was polar opposite, reckless,stubborn and a liitle bit emotional.

Shane was the guy who didn't show much emotions.He was little older than all of us with dark green eyes and chestnut brown hair.He had an average height.

okay back to the story.....

I was busy doodling in my copy when I saw Astra entering through the cornar of my eyes.I was a tiny bit mad at her because she told me she would attend the first class but she WAS LATE. But being a good friend I saved her a seat beside me.I choose to ignore her but who am i kidding?

The first thing she did was slap me.What the hell?

"Tell me Astra why can't you ever talk to me normally?"

SLAPPP!!!!

"Why didn't you remind me about  the class you idoit"

"How am I supposed to know you would forget it?"

"It's your responsibility"

"well yo-

I was about to say something when Astra nudged me.

I looked around and saw Leisha talking with Shane.Shane was looking at her like Leisha was the most precious thing.We smirked.

Pace cleared her throat."Lei did you forget us by any chance?"

Finally they noticed all of us are staring at them.Shane got up abruptly,his face flushed bright red.

Leisha threw us a dirty look but a flush crept up her face nonetheless causing us to cough LOUDLY.

"For God's Sake,we are just-

"FRIENDS"I finished it for Leisha.

Leisha huffed letting out an exasperated sigh. We were about to tease them more but at that moment professor arrived.

She gave us some time to settle before saying "We have a transfer student joining in our class from today.Make sure to welcome him warmly"

Whispers started going around immediately about the new student. I was completely unbothered though.I was busy trying to doodle when Sophia who was sitting on my other side whispered"He looks like some main character from romance books."

I looked upto see it was HIM.
