Third Person POV:
The whole gang walked into Lord Death's office. He looked slightly serious, but, I mean, even as the narrator I know that he never exactly looks serious. ((STOP BREAKING THE FOURTH WALL!)) ok ok! *cough* anyways... When they walked in they just stopped from his serious look, rather than his normal cheery self.
"Come in come in... The information I have to give you is important and must be taken care of urgently.
"Well spit it out, old man." Kid retorted. Mikayla lightly shoved him in the back of the head while Rhiannon and Soul just sighed. You could just slightly hear the word 'idiot' come from everyone else's mouths. Lord Death laughed a bit and nodded
"It seems that Maka, Elizabeth, and Patricia have been absent." Death the Kid and Soul nodded nervously. Mikayla and Rhiannon obviously didn't know them.
"We have found where they are. They've been kidnapped by witches. They're v-"
"ARE THEY SYMMETRICAL!?" Kid yelled with sparkles in his eyes.
"Actually...yes, they are...two symmetrical witches. I'll probably have to find Black Star and Tsubaki too. Witches are powerful. And isn't that going to help with your 100 souls, Mikayla, Soul..?"
Mikayla tilted her head "100 souls?"
Soul shrugged "in order for a weapon to get stronger, they must collect 99 innocent souls and 1 soul of a witch." Mikayla made an 'oh' shape with her mouth and Rhiannon smiled "let's go then!"
Lord Death shook his head "no no. You have to wait for tonight while I get Black Star and Tsubaki. Hell, Tsubaki might even be kidnapped too since the witches targeted our best girls."
Mikayla sulked in the corner and Lord Death patted her head with his gigantic head
"I never said you weren't skilled. Anyways, tonight you can leave, find a place to sleep, and then you'll have a full day to beat those witches. Got that?"
Everybody nodded and exited the room. Are they even gonna make it out alive?
