Yuto kept his relationship with Hana a secret from his friends, including Hiroshi, as he didn't want any unwanted attention. He was happy just being with her, and didn't want anyone to interfere or judge their relationship.
Meanwhile, Hiroshi was still trying to sort out his feelings towards Akiko. He found himself constantly thinking about her, but her mixed signals were still a source of confusion for him. Yui, on the other hand, continued to support Hiroshi and listened to him whenever he needed to talk about his problems.
One day, during lunch break, Yuto invited Hiroshi and Yui to eat with him and Hana. Hiroshi and Yui were surprised to see Yuto with a girl, and they both asked who she was. Yuto introduced her as Hana, a classmate, and they all had lunch together.
As they ate, Yuto and Hana couldn't help but steal glances and hold hands under the table. Hiroshi and Yui noticed their subtle gestures of affection, but didn't say anything. After lunch, Yuto walked Hana back to their classroom, and Hiroshi and Yui went back to their own.
As they walked, Yui asked Hiroshi what he thought of Yuto and Hana's relationship. Hiroshi admitted that he was a bit surprised, but happy for Yuto. Yui smiled and said that she thought it was sweet, but she couldn't help but feel a bit jealous too. Hiroshi asked why, and Yui blushed and said that she just wanted someone to like her the way Yuto liked Hana.
Hiroshi felt a pang of guilt in his chest, realizing that he had been so wrapped up in his own problems that he hadn't even considered Yui's feelings. He vowed to be a better friend and support Yui in her own struggles.
