After eating the most quiet breakfast because dad and mom were still fighting, I went to sit down inside the car and waited for dad. He told me that he was taking me to school this morning and I knew I going to hear the unending speech.

I brought out my phone and went straight to the class group.

Who do you think they will choose has headboy because me I couldn't sleep oo, this prefect thing is giving me headache

Jachi
Better sleep because you're not even close to getting time keeper, talkless of headboy.

I'm very sure it's Jake that's getting headboy after all his father is the owner of the school so what else do you expect

Me I just want to be head girl oo, I can't wait for the results and I think they are voting

Jachi
Who dash you head girl, which kind voting, they are not doing any voting ooo, better don't say what you don't know oo

" Let's go" dad said and I sat down properly before putting on my sitbelt

Immediately we hit the road, he started
" Do you enjoy seeing the both of us fight over you" he dropped the bombshell

I don't enjoy seeing them fight over me because it would be the worst time in the house, I won't be able to go out or listen to my music properly, so I prefer it when we are one, no fighting, no argument

" No sir" I replied and he smiled a sardonic one

" Then why don't you stop your music, you know you are always the reason we fight right?" He asked and I inaudibly gulped

All the words in my head disappeared and I couldn't even reply him, I didn't know what to say, so I sat down and bent my head down

" Nicholas" he called

" Sir"

" What do you enjoy in listening to music?" He asked. I enjoy different things in music, I enjoyed love , peace, freedom, most especially the beats and that's why I've been planning on making my own music, but I couldn't tell him that, I couldn't tell him what I enjoy because that's what will provoke him more so I kept quiet. Again!

" Ok, so are you ready for the prefect position" he changed the topic which I was supposed to be happy but I wasn't happy, I didn't want to be a prefect and he just can't get it. If what they said on the platform was true, I would just tell them to  for vote for another person.

" Yes sir " I said and he smiled, if only he knew what I wanted.

He dropped me off in school and went to his office, he came to school today cause of the prefect positions and the competitions coming up.

I went to my class and put on my headphones and was listening to won da mo by mavins record

" Good day students" Mrs shola said and we greeted her back

" So today we are announcing our prefects, and our director is around so please can you give a round of applause to MR JAYDEN AJAX!!!" She screamed and they clapped.

I said they because I don't clap for him, everyone were looking at me and I just had to keep my head down.

" Good morning students" he said with that proud smile at the corner of his lips

" Good morning sir" everyone chroused

" I'm so proud of you guys, I can't even hide it, the teachers have done great work on you guys and that would increase their salary........
