    It took a little longer than I thought it would but I finally made it to the store. I walked in and went straight to the baking section. There was a lot to choose from and Brad didn't really say what kind he wanted so I grabbed a basic box. This will have to do. I make my way toward the register and quickly pay. I then start my way home. I just couldn't wait to get home all I wanted to do was hang out with parry. He has been the only thing on my mind for the past couple of days. What if brad was right maybe I did like parry like like liked parry. It made me feel all warm inside. I could get used to this. I start the long walk home; I just couldn't wait to get there I wanted to see parry again. I feel my phone vibrant and for a split second I felt worried but it was just a message from Laura.

Laura: I went to hang out with friends ill be home a little before dinner.

Nate: cool I just got out of the store

Laura: wait your not home???

Nate: not right now.

Nate: I got so Browny mix :)

Laura: so did parry go home?

Nate: no he's at the house with brad

  I look up from my phone and see im almost home so I slide my phone in my pock before I head down.

I unlock the door and set the bags down in the kitchen. I make my way to the living room expecting parry and Brad to be there but when they weren't I go upstairs. I hear the shower Brad must still be in there I go to my room and see parry laid out on my bed. "Hey, parr do you want to make some Bronwyns with me?" When I asked this he shout up in surprise. "Um, yea ill help " he replied. And we made are way downstairs.

  "Ok, so can you grab the eggs and butter, ill get the dry ingredients," I say "ok" parry said I grab the dry ingredients and start but I spilled some flour on the counter. This gave me an idea. "Hey, parry" when I get his attention I blow flower at him. He stands there in shock "you won't get away with that" parry says picking up a hand full and tossing it in my direction. I quickly duck and run away from him. "Come back here" parry yells running after me. I stand in the doorway taunting him before he throws another hand full. I duck down and feel someone behind me.
  "What the fuck"
    Brad looks at me and parry he now has a face full of flour. Me and parry both bust out laughing. Brad was not amused; "clean this mess now!" I and parry froze. "Aww is someone upset because he's missing out on the fun," parry says. Brad just stared at him; he walks over to parry and looks down at him. "Dont be a brat" he said. We all stand there, this is so awkward I dont like this. I decided to speak "yea we will clean it up no worries. Why dont you go get cleaned up."  Brad stood there for some time before turning to me and walking out.
"That was weird," I say but parry didn't respond he just started to clean the floor.

   After we finished cleaning I started a timer for the browns. Brad was now back in the kitchen and talking to parry. Why is he so close to parry he's my friend. God im not getting jealous am I? No. Before I could think any more brad asked if we wanted to watch a movie. So now we are walking to the living room, I wanted to sit next to parry but brad does instead. I hesitate but then sit down next to him.
     We started to watch some movie brad picked. I see brad and parry cuddle together it was starting to piss me off. I like parry but brad is making that difficult, I should of known parry wouldn't like someone like me. I feel my phone go off and just head to the kitchen by myself scene they were too busy.
    I turn off the alarm and check the brownies. They were done so I pull them out and let them cool. I decide to stay in the kitchen I just couldn't watch them anymore. I wanted to message Lara to ask for advice but before I could my phone starts to ring; it was mom, I slide the green bottom to the side.

   " Hey, mom what's up?"

"Me and your father will be home in an hour, so make sure you do the dishes before we get there."

   "Yeah they will be done"

"Ok good honey also, is your friend still there?"

   "Parrys still here yea, what's up"

"Well me and you're farther have company coming over and we would like the house clean. We call your sister she going to take you and brad out for dinner."

    "Ok cool thanks for telling me."

"Ok, hun love you and see you later."

    "Ok love y-" before I could finish my mom hung up. I feel a hand on my shoulder and it scares the shit out of me. I turn around and see a startled-looking parry.

    "Who was that?" He asked.
"Oh it was my mom she said that they have company coming over so Lara is going to pick us up to get dinner and hang out."
     "Sounds cool," he says with a smile
"Yeah, I guess." We stand there in silence this time an uncomfortable one.
   "So the brownies are done do you want one?"
      "Yes please," he says sitting on the kitchen island. I cut two slices and hand one to parry, before taking a bite of my own. I turn around to put down the spatula, but then I hear parry yelp. Before I turn around I knew what had happened, brad...
   Sure enough, I see brad holding parry. I grown and start to cut a piece for brad.
    "Why did you leave? The couch got cold without you there." Brad wined
   "I came to check on Nate also I really wanted a browny" parry says.

   It was like they were in their own little world and it made me sick. But before I was about to throw up Lara comes through the front door. Thank god is all I can think. Lara comes into the kitchen and the first thing she sees is brad and parry. I watch as her smiling face turns into one of confusion.
  "Um, are you guys ready to go?" She asked
 
  "Just about we need to clean up a bit" I say

  For the next 10 minutes, we cleaned up the house so it was ready for mom and dad. We all head to Lara's car and lickly me and parry got to sit in the back and brad had to sit up front. So now we are driving to taco bell for some dinner.

  We were on the way home it was now almost 9 lara stopped the car and look back at parry.
   "Hey, where do you live, and ill drop you off?" Lara asked
"Oh um well I left a lot of stuff at our tree house so ill just go when we get to your home."
  "You guys have a tree house?" Brad question.
  "Yea after me and parry met I started to help him build it" I say
  "Yea, thank you again." Parry replies
"That reminds me parry what's your phone number?" Brad asks
   I sit there shocked I have been friends with parry for a while now and never thought to ask him that.
    "I um dont have a phone." Is all parry say
  "Hey, good thing you're always at the tree house or I wouldn't know where to find you." I say.
  "So your there a lot then," brad asks but before parry can answer I do
  "Yea every time I go to see if he wants to hang out he's their good thing too or I wouldn't know where to look"
Before we could talk further Lara parks the car. We all get out and I ask parry if he would like me to walk with him, but he says no. So now im walking upstairs and hopping into the shower all I can think about is parry.
