When Sophiya Allen left the KeyBank Center there was still only one thing on her mind: the swiftie on the Anaheim Ducks (she learned his name was Trevor). As the two drove back to her brother's house she had Gorgeous playing on repeat in the car until Lola got mad and turned it off. He was just so cute, and he gave off golden retriever energy, and he had fluffy hair, and he lived in Socal, and he is from New York which could possibly mean he likes her brother which in turn means she might have a shot. Every reasonable part of her brain was telling her that they (Zallen, or aegras, or trefiya or sever) was never going to happen. But her heart was telling her that they were meant to be together. And even though Lola was making fun of her when she commented on the little swiftie babies. She really does want to raise little swiftie babies with him. And their little swiftie babies would be really really cute cause they would have his genes.

As she and Lola made it back to her brother's house she could smell the amazing cooking of her brother's amazing girlfriend (why someone would willingly spend time with her brother she doesn't know). As she entered she hollered to the house "Guys were back. If you weren't keeping up the Sabers won." The farther she walked the more she wondered where her brother was. Eventually they came face to face.

"Hey Josh." Josh gave her a once over then looked over to Lola.

"Hey short and shorter." He responded

"Josh for the last time I am not short! I am actually tall for my gender believe it or not! Not everyone is supposed to be a 6.5 freak!" Phiy said back, tired of the teasing from her older brother.

"Well you can talk when you grow 7 more inches. Did you have a good time?" and before she could answer Lola stepped in and replied,

"Oh Josh I think you might have finally lost your innocent baby sister." She told him dramatically, her eyes widening to emphizise her point.

"Wait! What happened? Do I have to punch somebody?!" Her brother said. He was always the protective type, any boyfriend she brought home he would try and usually succeed in scaring away.

Before Lola could dig the hole any deeper Phiy stepped in,"No Josh not like that, what Lola means is that there was a boy at the Center." She started to explain but before she could keep going her best friend took over again.

"Josh, she is down playing it. What she means to say is that she has found the love of her life!" Lola exclaimed.

"We haven't even talked to each other! I don't even know his favorite color! What if he happens to hate dogs or the Bills? Huh? I don't think I could date someone who hates dogs." She quickly started to defend herself against her friend's allegations, and after a look from her brother she quickly went on to add, "And the Bills."

"Well he has a do-" Her friend revealed to her.

"Really?!" A smile that could've lit the entire city of LA formed on her face.

"And he's from Bedford, New York but that's more Jets/Giants territory." Her friend continued.

"Oh well that doesn't matter." She said with a tone that matched her words. Josh gave her a look, then asked,

"Hey. I'm your brother. Does that mean nothing to you?" feigning offence to her previous words.

"Well..." She took a long pause just to tease him before responding "Of course not." And with those words a look of astonishment appeared on her big brother's face. Before he could retaliate she quickly changed the topic, "Josh, thank you."

"I thought I meant nothing to you?" He recycled her words back to his face.

"You know I was joking." She said, already tired of what was happening. Her brother was the biggest teddy bear she's ever met. He looks big and scary standing at 6 '5, 237 but off the football field and outside a competitive atmosphere he couldn't hurt a fly, unless they hurt his little sister first. "Josh C'mon. Stop being a baby." She told his as soon as she noticed him put his hand up in a 'don't talk to me manner."

"You don't care about me. You just said it." He told her feigning heartbreak.

"Come here you big softy." She responded as she pulled him into a hug as he fought back but eventually gave in. "But seriously thanks again for giving me the tickets to the sabers gam-." She started again before she was interrupted.

"Josh, youre not only a great football player but a matchmaker! Phiy might have found a guy that meets our standards and thank you for that. Maybe now she'll be less clingy." Lola told him with her voice conveying her excitement.

"Hey! I was about to be like oh Lola you're so sweet but then you had to go ruin it." PHiy says as she crosses her arms, pretending to be hurt by her words, knowing that Lola can't go a day without talking to her.

"Hey shorties! Stop! Tell me more about the 'love of your life phiy." Josh cuts them off, putting the love of your life in air quotes.

"He's cut-" Phiy starts before Lola interrupts her.

"Thats not what you were saying in the car. You were all like 'Lola, he is so so cute, he has such golden retriever energy. Lola even his name is cute! Trevor. Lola look! His hair is so fluffy and hand run throughable. Oh my god! Lola his top artist was Taylor! Lola we are meant to be together! Lola I found my Patrick Verona!'" Lola tells Josh in a high pitched voice, her favorite way to imitate people, something she got from her best friend.

"Well what's his name?" Josh asks. Now totally invested in the story.

"Trevor Zegras. Josh, he is really cute, he seems sweet too." Phiy jumps in talking with an uncontrollable smile.

"Now Soph I hate to do this but are you ever going to meet him?" Josh says. Being the big brother he believes it's his job to protect her, and sometimes he feels the need to protect her from herself.

"Well I don't have his number, so maybe if i see him again." She admits shyly, having already been ridiculed by her best friend on the drive back.

"Why don't you just slide into the DM's?" Josh offers a simple solution

"What is wrong with you two? Sliding into the DM's is a disgrace to romance. It's so dirty and grimy and I for one will never do it. And he probably gets hundreds of DMs everyday. I'll get lost in the masses and he'll never even see it, or think about me." She respondes already tired with this conversation.

"Well you might lose the 'love of your life' Phiy" Josh tries to explain to her, not wanting to see his little sister get hurt.

"But what if I get his phone number! Or his PO box!" She responds quickly.

With an eye roll Lola responded by saying, "We went over this Phiy. Getting phone number is creepy and nobody really looks at their PO Boxes. And even if they did thats even creepier" she paused before continuing. "Why don;t we ask Josh? He's a famous athlete is he not?" She tries to reason with her friend.

"Well he has a girlfriend first of all and second of all.." She pauses trying to think for a second of all.

"Just slide into the DM's Soph, it's normal." Her brother replies before she can come up with another point.

"No, I will never stoop to that level. Now excuse me as I really need to change." She ends the conversation and walks towards the stairs to her room in his house. As she walks up the stairs she hears her brother tell her,

"This isn't the end of this conversation!"
